Medical Device Genotoxicity Testing Services
Genotoxicity testing is an important aspect of the safety evaluation of medical devices, aimed at detecting any potential genetic damage caused by the device or its components. This type of testing assesses the ability of a substance to cause mutations, chromosomal damage or other changes in the DNA of living cells, which can lead to cancer or hereditary diseases.

Background of Microbial Limit Test
Microbial testing is a testing method with a wide range of functions and uses. First, it can be used for sanitation testing in food production to ensure food quality and safety. Second, it can be used in the medical field, such as testing microorganisms in medical devices, drugs, and patient samples to ensure patient safety and health. In addition, it can also be used for environmental monitoring to detect microbial contamination in water sources and air. CD Bioparticles provides medical device microbial testing services.

Conjugated Upconverting Nanoparticles
Upconverting nanoparticles (UCNPs) are mainly composed of oxides, fluoride, halogen oxides and other matrix doped with trivalent rare-earth (lanthanide) ions like ytterbium (Yb³⁺), erbium (Er³⁺), thulium (Tm³⁺), or holmium (Ho³⁺), which enable the upconversion process. They have the ability to absorb two or more low-energy photons (usually infrared or near-infrared light) and emit a higher-energy photon, typically in the visible or ultraviolet range. Conjugated UCNPs with biomolecules, such as antibodies, proteins, peptides, nucleic acids, or other targeting ligands, facilitate binding to specific cells, tissues, or biomolecular targets. UCNPs are usually excited with near-infrared light (NIR), which has deep tissue penetration. They can be used in biological applications like in vivo imaging, where conventional fluorophores may not work due to tissue absorption or scattering. CD Bioparticles provides conjugated upconverting nanoparticles with different ligands used in various applications like bioimaging, sensing, and photodynamic therapy.

Reagents/Assays
By providing novel insights into cellular function and tissue regeneration, bioactive matrix reagents/assays have transformed biological and biochemical research. The extracellular matrix (ECM), which surrounds cells in living organisms, has a complex microenvironment that may be replicated using these cutting-edge techniques. Bioactive matrix reagents/assays allow for the controlled laboratory investigation of cell migration, signaling pathways, and tissue regeneration by simulating the physiological circumstances and characteristics of the ECM.

Biotin Magnetic Particles
Biotin magnetic particle are magnetic particles designed with biotin on the surface. Biotin (molecular weight 244.31Da) is widely distributed in animal and plant tissues and is often extracted from yolk and liver tissues. Biotinylation reaction is rapid, efficient and not susceptible to interference. Biotinylated molecules can bind efficiently and specifically to streptavidin and avidin through biotin, and the reaction process is not affected by high temperature, pH and proteolysis.

MagIso™ Anti-SARS-CoV-2 (2019-nCoV) Spike RBD Magnetic Particles Immunoprecipitation (IP) Kit
MagIso™ Anti-SARS-CoV-2 (2019-nCoV) Spike RBD Magnetic Particles Immunoprecipitation (IP) Kit
The Anti-Coronavirus spike magnetic particles, conjugated with Anti-Coronavirus spike antibody, are used for immuneprecipitation (IP) of Coronavirus spike proteins which expressed in vitro expression systems. For IP, the beads are added to a sample containing Coronavirus spike proteins to form a bead-protein complex. The complex is removed from the solution manually using a magnetic separator. The bound Coronavirus spike proteins are dissociated from the magnetic particles using an elution buffer.
