Once again making more aus, this one is met in their 20's JohnKory flavored, I'm calling it Crossed Paths AU Some info:

John realized his mistake and went back to the tree around a year after he left, found it empty, spiraled hard. He didn't go back to the Neverglade Trail and instead wandered the Hinterlands and tried to fill the awful void with short flings and trying to find some new goal in life, but still didn't let anyone close. He became more dull as time went on. It didn't help that he also had a few dud eggs (no baby in them, I need to expand on my egg lore later) during that time. UNTIL he crosses paths with this one bounty hunter.

He thinks the egg will be another dud but then! it forms a pattern, and hair, and is warm, and holy crap he needs to find that hunter guy again. Cue the next couple months scouring the land for Dickory, and does find him like a month before the egg hatches.

Dickory is all in on being around for this kid, and Hickory (who is a teen at this time) is excited to have a nephew, but right now Dickory is letting John bond with the lil guy because he didn't really when it was still an egg because he still had the fear it would somehow end up like the ones before. Poor lil guy is super fussy and upset because his egg wasn't properly bonded with but that gets fixed pretty quick, and John and Dickory shockingly fall into co-parenting super easily and maybe fall for each other along the way. ALSO Because John tells the bounty hunter brothers about what happened to the Pop Trolls, they keep their eyes and ears out for any news on survivors, which leads them to finding out about the small group holding up in an abandoned golf course... So when they head out there and discover Clay was alive, Clay wasn't exactly the warmest upon seeing JD again (despite being actually relived to see him but shush he's not letting JD know that) , then John drops the "I thought you were dead" bomb on him. To which Clay just pauses his rant when he notices how haggard and dull his older brother looks, and just tells him "you look horrible."

THEN. toddler jumpscare

Now to just find everyone else, and maybe find Branch before he completely loses hope that his brothers wont return.

Tooth fairy

Its early October,you know what that means, its Halloween time

The time where the vail between the spiritual world and the living is the thinnest

You and tooth usually celebrate together,she does get more work during hallowing because of all the candy but she spends the most of her time with you

She helps you hang up the decorations and spread the Halloween feels

However you havnt done that yet,not only that but you dont have that much time left you only have a month

Once tooth realizes that somethings wrong she'll immidatly do ask the other guardians if they had seen you or if they had heard something from you,the results all come back the same,you were seemingly no where

She decided to check the globe,that could have a clue right?

That's when she noticed there were many less lights then usual,and that when it started to line up..

People were forgetting about you.

The last time you had spoke before going radio silent you had mentioned that it wasnt even October and people were advertising Christmas things

She had realised that you had probally hid yourself away becuase of this

When she does eventually find you shes understandable very worried for you.

After she gets a thorough explanation she'll waste no time in helping you with preparations

However first off,she has to get you in the Halloween mood,as your current one is rather sour,and we cant have that!

She cheers you up by bringing you around and showing you places that are getting ready for Halloween

She brings you to see a small shop that has cobwebs,spiders,skeletons,ghosts the whole lot,she smiles as she sees a small one form on your lips

She then brings you to stores as parents and kids are choosing out pumpkins,baskets,sweets and costumes

When a smile finally Grace's your lips she hugs you tightly and tugs with her to get more decorations up and around

She understands what it feels like to be forgotten and she dosnt want that to happen to you

Bunnymund/Easter bunny

Hes used to people neglecting his holidays for others

But hes surprised when there seems to be lesser lights on the globe

Things line up really quickly in his head as the cogs start working

He dosnt waste a second,immediately searching for you in fear you've disappeared

Once he finds you he tries to calm you down reassuring you that aslong as hes there he wont let you disappear

He even decorates Easter island with some Halloween decorations

He gives you Halloween styled eggs as a way to cheer you up

He will decorate pumpkins with you aswell

since halloween takes place in fall he might take you to forests where the leaves have turned orange and are starting to fall

he will help you decorate places and even though hes not the biggest sweet tooth,with a big oof bribery im sure he'll try a sweet oor two

he'll constantly be there and comforting you

easter isnt all ways widley celebrated so hes probally had a fear of fading aswell

he wont ever say it but due to the fact that your holidays is overlooked in favour for christmas,he holds a small grudge

he knows its not norths fault but hes just salty

Jack frost

Honestly hes kind of tone deaf

hes very happy go lucky and isnt used or very good at adapting to change

id like to think that he was quite close to you even before becoming a guardian,because halloween is in the colder months of the year

it might take another guardian to point out your abscents or off behaviour

however just because hes abit tone deaf dosnt mean hes not smart

once its been pointed out to him hes going on a man hunt for you

altough he wasnt in an entirely similar situation,he still knows what its like to feel isolated,scared and alone,and as his S/o he dosnt want yuo feeling the same

once locating you the first thing he'll do is make sure your not fading away

if you are then he will moost likely panic

he will eventually calm himself down,realising that panicing wont help it at all

his first priorety is to make sure that your ok

mentally and physically

afterwards he takes you to do things to take it off your mind

some of his favorite things to do are skating and carving pumpkins,if your not good at either he'll help you

he loves decorating everywhere with fun decorations

his favorite halloween decore are those door bells that grab youor finger or smth(i hate those things with a passion,so i can imagine him loving them)

north/santa claus

if anyones going to find out the fastest,itts north

he has to keep a keen eye on the months and probally realise that its your holliday

his first reaction is to celebrate your holiday with you,he feels alot like a father figure to you and as such he feels he needs to celebrate your holiday with you

though the smile on his face dosnt stay long as he finds that many stores,instead of having halloween decoration.have christmas things

thats not right.

at first he thinks it might just be the store,and so he checks others

thats until he becomes aware that its most stores

why are they all decroated with christmas decore,they should be deced out with sceletons and pumpkins

not snowmen and gingerbreadmen

after coming to this realisation he checks the globe before visiting you#

he gets quite anxxious once checking the globe

hes quick to find and omfort you,hes quite furious people are neglecting your holiday for his.christmas is still months away!

after calming you down he will go ALL OUT on halloween decorations,the north pole dosnt even look like what it once was,white robes with dark circles are hanging around the celeing,skeletons have been placed everywhere in different positions,fake spiders and fake spider webs have been thrown enywhere they can.

all the elves and yeti's take a day off,to decorate pumpkins.

he'll probaly also reach out to the other guardians,inviting them all over so you can all celebrate together.<3

sandy/sandman

sandy is very intune with the going oon in the world,aswell as being extremly intuitive

hes probally seen this coming though he didnt think itd be to such an extent where it'd cause you distress

after feeling a particullary cold gust of autaum wind its clear something is wrong

after checking the globe it seems that his hypthesis had become reality

he wasnt very surprised since he had a nagging feeling it'd happen,apart of him thinks that he might have just been denieing that you had the possibility to fade,that he was in denial

either way he had to push his own thoughts away as he had more importtant things to do,such as comforting you and restoring your holiday to its former glory,or at least try to.

after locating you hes quick to alert you of his precents though he may not be the best at calming you down since,he cant really speak.

hes most likely to put you to sleep and give you good dreams whilst brainstorming ideas to help your current dilema

once your awake and calm,he'll try his best to relay his ideas and help you

cutting pumpkins is a must

he will try his best to make candy with you

if you ever need some comfort just say the word and hes hugging you and trying his best to comfort you

he makes sure you have good dreams for days

he promises that he'll try his best to help you

he'll be dammed if he ever didnt go through with that promise to you.

the other guardians will most likely notice both of your distress and end up helpping,either that or sandy asks them directly.

You and him just wanted to take a simple walk that’s all you wanted to do.

And then this other wolf came up to you and him, he had his eyes on you.

“Can I help you”? Death asked an eyebrow raised.

The other wolf just stared at you, you slowly backed right under deaths head.

He noticed and rested his head above yours and glared at the other wolf.

The wolf came closer and stared him right in his eyes he let out a small growl.

“I’ll ask you once more, what do you need”? Death asked as you got into a position to bite at the other wolf’s neck.

“What’s her name”? He asked looking down at you, you seemed scared which was your plan to make him think your scared.

Death knew what you were doing, but he didn’t like that the other male was eyeing you.

“None of your business”. Death answered with a growl once more.

“Hey no need to get all angry at me, I just wanted to know her name”.

You could tell that death was close to fighting him and the other wolf was close to biting him.

Deaths ears went back and so did the other males he leaned down and tried to go for deaths neck only for you to take a big fat bite of his neck.

He was taken aback, you looked scared so why were you attacking him?

He went to bite you only for you to go for his ears and bite as hard as possible causing him to yelp.

He turned to run but not before yelling at you “fucking bitch all I wanted was your name”!

You knew his true intentions, both you and death knew.

You did feel some liquid on your own nose, he must have clawed you nose.

“Shit that hurt”. You said as death put his paw to your nose.

“It’s small but it’s gonna take a couple of days to heal so why don’t we go home and get that patched up”? Death offered to of course you agreed.

Being the god of dreams was a pretty cool job for you. I mean you get to give people dreams right before they went to sleep so you enjoyed it.

One summer night you were tending to a child who was very I’ll and giving her sweet dreams of anything she had ever wanted but unfortunately couldn’t have. The dream you gave her was a sweet one, it was her riding a horse you overheard her talking to her mother about how she wanted a horse but her mother told her In a sad tone that she couldn’t afford one.

Your hand brushed the child’s hair, a small bit of wind suddenly blew her hair just a bit to the side. You turned to the open window and you saw a very tall wolf.

“Who are you”? You asked in a quiet voice trying not to wake the girl up. He looked confused, you could see him? “How are you able to see me”? He asked an eyebrow raised. “Unless you are another god of some sort I don’t see why I shouldn’t see you”. You told him looking back at the sleeping girl. “I’m not a god, I’m death”. You looked up at him suddenly realizing why he might be here and you pulled your hand away from the child.

“Do you have to collect her soul”? You asked a sad tone, you cared for the girl since she lived near you and before she got sick she would always come over to your house and tell you about what she wanted to be when she got older. He nodded, “let me give her one last thing before you take her”. You said placing your hand back onto her head he nodded wondering what you were gonna do.

A cloud appeared above her head showing the girl in her dream, healthy and running with her dogs in a nice open field her face was not pale but a rich color with the sun shining onto her face a big giant smile. You smiled at the small smile tugging onto her lips from the dream. Keeping the hand there death walked closer, pulling out his sickles he grabbed the string that kept her life attached it was weak.

He cut the string and she slowly stopped breathing the smile still staying in place on her body. Her soul slowly arises from her body and her eyes awoke as she climbed out of her bed confused on why she could see her self, a wolf and you. “Hi y/n”! She said with a smile happy to see you.

She turned back to the wolf and smiled up at him,”hi mr wolf”! Looking down at the girl he bent down and asked if she would like to go with him. “She nodded happily, “y/n come on”! She called out before taking his paw in her small hand you got up from her bed and climbed out of her window. She reached for your hand now walking off.

A little while later you saw an entrance with a bright beam, this must be the where the souls go before after they die. “Y/n are yo coming”? She asked, “no they can’t come in”. Death answered she turned back to you and frowned. “Bye y/n”! She yelled walking inside the light. You smiled back at her and yelled back. “Bye rose”!

A couple minutes late death walked out, “you mentioned earlier about you being able to see other gods how can you see them”? He asked taking a walk with you. “I’m the god of dreams muerte I was giving her a dream right before you showed up”. You told him. He looked down at you, “that must be a nice job”. He said with a small smile. “It is really nice”.

You just had birth like three weeks ago and you have been protective af over them.

You had to take a break from your job as being the guardian of the limbo, but you did get a friend to cover you.

You did tell them that if they had any problems to come to your house and ask you or your husband.

Recently you distanced your self away from death, he understood but he still missed your kisses on his snout.

The puppies were always near your side cuddling, licking, biting slightly, etc but you loved them no matter what.

Coming home from work and seeing you was the highlight of death’s day, each day coming home to you usually giving him a kiss.

When you realized how much you haven’t given him attention due to you being so distracted with the puppies.

So when he did come home that night he was pleasantly surprised when he saw you, and the three puppies all cuddled in the living room, a small space beside you just for him.

Sitting next to you he gave you a small kiss on your head. “Hello amor how was your day”? You asked looking up at him.

“Good”. He said as one of the puppies crawled over to him, he laid in his lap nuzzling against deaths leg.

Deaths eyes widened and his paw runs across his sons head, “that’s the first time one of them cuddled me”. Death says and you let out a small aww.

He’s definitely going to be more protective over his son way more then he already was.

Everyone was always so charmed by you, your sweet, caring, and you were a ball of sunshine.

Death always kept an eye out for you because some people have tried to take advantage of your kindness in more ways then he could count.

He loved you so incredibly much so when you politely turned everyone who nearly got on their knees by saying you already have someone they were shocked.

“Who, I’ll do anything for you”! They would shout at your feet and you only smiled.

“His name is death”. You said sweetly and he watched from afar, admiring the love and care for him come out of waves from your tone.

When ever you went out you had all kinds of animals approaching you, big or small they would always be kind towards your loving hands that grazed along their skin.

You were feeding a hummingbird once and all of a sudden a bear came out of no where, death grabbed his sickles almost forgetting that you were immortal.

The bear only nuzzled his face on your head when you gave him scratches underneath his chin.

“Who’s a good boy”? You asked while he slowly laid against you. Slowly sitting down his head laid on your lap.

You rubbed his head like he was a lapdog, he fell asleep and you didn’t leave until he woke up.

Walking back inside you approached your boyfriend.

You were the sibling of the god of light, they were the more mellow, calm, and loved by the people. You laughed at the kids who pouted when you casted the dark cloud of night.

“Kids come inside it’s getting dark”. You heard their mothers voice say a sweet tone as the kids groaned. “Ugghh stupid darkness keeping me from playing knights”! You heard a boy yelled and a girl next to him chuckle. “We can play tomorrow my knight”. She told him giving him a hug and his cheeks flushed from her words and turned his head.

You smiled at them, and continued to the pub you had visited at night often. Sure your a god but that doesn’t mean you don’t drink human drinks. Walking in the bartender gave you a smile her face lit with a orange glow from the candles.

“The usual drink y/n”? She asked and you nodded. Grabbing a mug from behind her and fixing your drink up you noticed someone sitting next to you. “F/d huh”? He asked taking a sip from his own mug. “Yes I’ve grown quite fond of it”. You answered with a small smile.

“To my most visiting customer here ya go”. The bartender said as she slid the drink in front of you. Taking a sip you licked your lips after feeling the sensation. “What about you what are you drinking”? You asked the man beside you. “Just regular whiskey”. He said now turning to you. You eyes slightly widened at him being a wolf.

“I’ve never seen a wolf talk”. You said with a little bit of awe. He laughed, “and I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone with a black cloud around their head”. He responds to your comment. Letting out a chuckle you and him talked for a bit.

“So what’s with the cloud anyways”? He asked and you smiled. “I’m the god of darkness and I have had this on my head since i can remember”. You explained. His eyes lit up a bit,”I’ve met your sibling the god of light once”. He told you while taking a sip of his whiskey.

Your smile that was rested on your face slowly disappeared, was he gonna go on a rant about how amazing they were? “Oh you have”? You say in a slightly sad tone. “Yes we only talked for about 10 minutes though”. He responded and you felt a twinge of jealousy. “They may have the sun above their head but I think I like the cloud above your head even more because their are stars and the moon”. He said pointing out the stars and planets.

You blushed a little you have never received that compliment, the only thing people would ask you is “why do you give out darkness and have a cloud above your head instead of having something better then just a dark cloud”?

He saw how you zoned out, “hey I’ve heard of what people have said about you but I don’t think your doing anything wrong after all it’s your job just like how mine is to collect souls”. He said and you came back to reality, “wait what’s your job”? You asked with your eyes filled with wonder and curiosity.

“Well I’m death straight up”. He replied, your eyes widened. He took a sip from his drink and you sat there wondering how you and him could meet here In a pub.

You checked the time and you realized you needed to slowly let the darkness fade away and light up for the day.

“Hey do you want to talk a walk with me”? You asked. “Sure I don’t have any souls to collect for at least an hour”. He responded hopping off your chair you and him paid the bartender. “I’ll see you later y/n”. She said with a small smile.

Walking outside you and him talk a little more, putting your hand up to the sky you made small swish and the darkness slowly faded. “Now it’s time for my sibling to do their job”. You commented while popping you knuckles.

When he checked the time he realized he had to go, “hey y/n do you want to meet at the pub later tonight”? He asked a small smile on his snout.

Your smile only grew, “I’d like that thank you”.

I might do a part two of where reader introduces him to his sibling after they start dating. But for now I gotta do other requests. I wanted to do a first meeting tho so please forgive me.

A/n so I may or may not have realized that I’ve lost interest for writing pib the last wish x reader, but to the other death asks in my inbox I will write them I promise. Writers burnout hit hard for the past couple of weeks and that’s why I’ve been slow on updating any new fanfic content. I love all of you who have sent me asks, liked, and commented on how much you all like them so I guess what I’m trying to say is that I’m not gonna be writing for pib the last wish for now. I’ve recently got into South Park and I might start writing for them only platonicly tho I just have to get the personality down.

See I feel like he wouldn’t mind because yk he’s a wolf that’s also death so he really has no room to judge.

He’s actually pretty chill about you being a fox, he also is kinda of happy that he gets to glomp you at times.

He does like the pattern of your fur no matter what type of fox you are red fox,arctic fox, fennec fox, etc.

He actually likes that your smaller then him, like he gets to wrap his arms around you and just pull you into his warm embrace.

If you have a fluffy tail, please don’t be surprised if you feel his head laying on it at times.
