Seeing as we're on the cusp of an age of de-facto online tracking and censorship, now might be a good time to get into the habit of downloading the stuff you like and saving it somewhere you can find it without an internet connection. Whether that's youtube videos, porn, or fanfiction. I don't want to be alarmist, and like, you don't have to go full archival. The internet isn't going to be deleted tomorrow. But if there's one thing we should learn from all of these content takedowns, it's that the nature of digital platforms can be fickle. Don't take access for granted.

I'd rather confront my exes than meeting one ex-friend. Exes are nothing. But encountering an ex-friend in public feels like getting mugged and shot in daylight. What do you even do? You cannot pretend they didn't exist. They could see themselves in me and I would see some of me in them. Nowhere to hide.

So I just took my second 12 plus hour nap of the week for some reason and I'm kinda mad I've slept away over a days worth of time on my days off

Oh well in other news at least I had a cool dream about being a sentient mech suit with a weird unbreakable bond with my pilot who touched my control surfaces with a strange gentleness (I can't quite describe other than how it feels to have someone gently trace circles on my back) as we navigated an asteroid belt looking for minerals on some science/exploration mission
