Every day I thank God that I am immune to blind bag bullshit. I simply will not buy them. I hate grab bags. I hate secret polishes or perfumes. No thank you, I will spend more money to simply buy the one I wanted to get the whole time on a resale site.

real accessibilityheads know that

1. all the non english films have subtitles

2. many of the listed films do have subtitles

3. there are subtitle extensions like substital that offer subtitle tracks for free.

you can either download a subtitle track separately (archive.org offers these sometimes actually) and then sync it through substital OR:

there are many offers for different languages, these are subtitles that WILL sync to this video because it only searches things that are the same runtime.

i know this because i used to watch tons of international films and tv without english subtitles available! and this is awesome. and super functional.

It’s one of those films when I first watched I hate it but after I let it be I miss it. I like it. It is a good movie. it’s a masterpiece of its source material in its own way.

I'm only three scenarios in to Front Mission 3 (Emma route, this game splits early apparently) and I'm already facepalming. How do you accidentally a treason that badly?! "Hi yes, I am a scientist from an enemy nation and have something I want to check on in this military base. Since you also want to go there want to help each other out? Don't worry about our mechs being armed." Seriously, I doubt the protag is meant to be an idiot hero. He's a test pilot for giant robots, he's got to have at least some brains up there. But seriously dude?! This man has to be in the running for the Top 20 Dumbest.

Lotta confusion as to "why are the granola save the whales hippies right wing conspiracy theorists now?" And I think the answer is twofold:

Any social movement in the anglosphere is gonna have a certain amount of reactionaries who happen to be temporarily aimed at a good cause. A lot of them were always low-key right wing.

When you have no ability for class analysis, it is a very short idealogical step from "distrust of pharmaceutical companies" to "distrust of modern medicine as a whole" to "judeo-bolsheviks are poisoning white babies for profit"

This trend will continue until people have access to non-predatory healthcare. Conspiracism thrives when people are failed by the systems they rely on.
