“It’s a pleasure to meet you, Kurt!” The blonde smiled brightly, taking in his accent inquisitively. She watched as the young man moved timidly before backing away. Kneeling down to pet Blue herself, she nodded happily. “Of course! He’s such a sweet boy. Don’t worry.” She watched him intently before speaking to him again. “German?” She questioned, referring to his accent.

“You have to pay for that, you know...” the blonde couldn’t help but mumble despite the current situation. In spite, of her rambling, she did accept the flower with a soft smile. Raising an eyebrow at his words, she studied his face for a moment. Exactly how she remembered it... but from where? “Diaval...” she pulled the name out of thin air. “I’m not so little anymore.” She could help but add with a giggle. She might have been older, but she was still just as sweet and innocent. Nodding quickly, she answered him instinctive. She knew him. Even if she didn’t know from where. He protected her. She felt no need to hide. But if I know you, I know what you’ll do. You’ll love me at once, the way you did once upon a dream. “It has. I’m an artist. I have an art gallery that’s interested in showing some of my work actually.”

Aurora has been walking around the little town in hopes of finding inspiration for her newest work. Even if she didn’t find what she was looking for, she was hoping on finding some things for her new room. It was vastly empty of anything that was truly HER at the moment. Stopping in front of the little stand selling flowers, she simply couldn’t help but take a look. That’s when she saw him- the man that seemed so familiar. “Hello-“ she smiled softly, allowing him to grab her hand as a rush of emotions came over. Not memories, but something close. Something about his words struck her. Hadn’t she heard them before? Her voice came out barely above a whisper. “I know you. I walked with once... in a dream.” But she has been younger then...

The skills he’d learned in his fake life were not much of a consolation prize for no longer being a bird. But at least they did allow him to continue watching people, spying on them. That was how he’d found a trace leading him to Aurora. The moment he had a location for her, he was running - and this human body was not used to running. Flying really was so much easier. But when he saw that blonde hair, he stopped and pushed back his hair. Some people didn’t remember past lives, he’d discovered in his snooping, but he wouldn’t let that stop him from being a part of Aurora’s life. “Hello little one.” He greeted her the way he first had in his human body, stepping forward to catch her hand and press a kiss to it. “I have missed you, princess.”

“Thank you!” Aurora smiled brightly, watching as Blue nuzzled against her leg. The puppy slowly came out from behind his owner, sniffing the woman’s hand curiously. At her statement, the blonde laugh lightly and tucked a piece of hair behind her ear. “I suppose we do. It’s a pleasure to meet you.”

Aurora had needed to take a break from her work. Painting had always been something she loved, but sometimes it did get a little overwhelming when she had multiple projects due. She had decided to take Blue for a walk, killing two birds with one stone. Suddenly, Blue began tugging at his lease, barking playfully at the person coming towards them. “Hush, Blue.” She told the dog and he quickly retreated behind her legs. “Sorry- he just gets excited around new people. I promise he won’t bite. I’m Aurora.”

( spinning wheels, beautiful gardens, flowing blonde curls) –– && it looks like Princess Aurora has finally arrived in woodshore ( though she originates from Disney ). although known as SLEEPING BEAUTY back home, here they are an Twenty-four year old painter, known to be Curious, but Naive. they were coaxed here with the promise of FINDING HER GUARDIANS. they remember NOTHING OF HER OLD LIFE. ( Blake , Amanda Seyfried)

from what point in your characters canon are they taken from?

- I am taking Aurora more from the Angelina Jolie remake Maleficent than from the original Sleeping Beauty movie. She was awoken from her enchanted sleep only to find herself in this world.

what are the basics of their ‘new lives’?

Aurora is a 24 year old painter/artist with no memories of her past life. She has three kittens: Flora, Fauna, and Merriweather (the names come from this vague dream in the back of her mind). She keeps a garden always (even if it’s small).

what were they promised upon arrival in woodshore, and what was their reaction to receiving it? 

Aurora was promised her guardians/protectors (Maleficent and Diaval). It was like an unexplainable contentment when she saw them again.

when they arrived in woodshore and received what was taken of them, did they gain any memories of their past? if so, what memories do they have?

Think “Once Upon a Dream”- she knows them, but she doesn’t know from where or why. She just feels this instant connection to them and knows what they meant to her.
