We are deep into the production phase on an amazing project - the Little Inn of Bayfield. Steeped in over one hundred and fifty years of history, this historic coaching inn on Lake Huron is set to reopen at the end of March, remodelled and ready for guests.聽

The new Campagnolo website has launched with mouth-watering photos and tantalizing menus. If you haven鈥檛 been yet, you should go. Order a bottle of wine, or three. Have the fresh burrata. And the house-made spaghetti. Make sure to save room for the budino鈥攊t is absolutely amazing. Or, just save yourself the trouble of having to decide and let Chef Craig make all the decisions. You won鈥檛 regret it.
