At the age of 15, Carlos Sainz Jr. saw his life turned upside down when he became a single father. Away from the track, he devoted himself entirely to raising his son, Rafa, leaving his dreams of racing behind. At 22, he returned to motorsports determined to follow in his father's footsteps and build his own legacy in rallying. Years went by, and at 34, consecrated as a multiple world champion, Carlos announced his retirement — now with a new purpose: to support the career of Rafa, chosen to replace Lewis Hamilton at Scuderia Ferrari.

However, Carlos' plans took an unexpected turn when he found himself involved in an unlikely romance with Rafa's teammate — putting his priorities, feelings and relationship with his son to the test.

According to the Fates, every newborn life is divided into those who will follow a peaceful path and those who will need divine protection. Carlos Sainz Jr., son of a famous rally driver, belongs to the second group. On the day he turns 18, he receives a guardian angel: Charles, young, dedicated and eager to prove his worth.

But Charles commits the greatest sin a guardian angel can commit — he falls in love with his protégé. For twelve years, he hides this forbidden love, until a fit of jealousy reveals his transgression to the heavens. As punishment, he is condemned to live among mortals for fifteen years, removed from his angelic duties and at risk of never returning.

As Charles faces his punishment on Earth, he discovers that Carlos is in danger — and this time, there may be no heaven or hell that will stop him from protecting him.
