A proper introduction...
starter for @illicittruths
Adrian Chase x Caitlin Snow; Vigilante AU
Adrian walked alongside the Mayor, just having left a meeting with the anti-crime task force. It was a cause he had been especially concerned with since taking up the position of District Attorney. Of course, he kept his extracurricular activities far away from city hall, or anything political for that matter. They cut the corner on the way back to their respective offices, but before the admin could let them know they had guests, a blonde woman with a ponytail cut the same corner, eager to speak with Oliver.
Adrian hung back, and Soon introductions were made, and in a polite fashion, Adrian extended his hand to each lady. "Adrian Chase, Star City District Attorney. It's a pleasure." Felicity, whatever; Oliver had a tendency to go on and on about her. However, he did give a soft, genuine smile to the other blonde in tow as he then extended his hand to her.

Vigilante? New Romance?
Anyone else interested in this AU arc? Perhaps Adrian lost his wife Doris and kids in the glades during the undertaking? Potential plots could be with other arrowverse characters who lost their partners as well! Open to E1 Laurel (not Siren), or maybe even Felicity? Or hell, Oliver too. MAYBE even Rene? Anyone really; M/F or M/M. Obviously, Adrian would not be a villain (or evil) in this plot. He would be good (and handsome/charming)! Message if you're interested!

sonicanary:
Laurel wasn’t stupid. She exactly knew that what was happening right now int his room had nothing to do with his day job as a lawyer. Still, cameras were following their moves, && she wasn’t sure they were even recording anything. However his aura was impressive nonetheless, && she couldn’t help but feel threatened ( && deservedly ).
On her own Earth, Zoom asked her to join his forces ( && more ) to destroy the Flash. At first with hesitation, she followed him. On this new Earth, it was quite the same; people asking for help. ( couldn’t they just fucking their nasty job on their own? ) Yes she was powerful, she had ways of seducing anyone around if she wanted to, but maybe she just wanted to mind her own dark business && not being tied up to anyone. Chase, or whoever he was, was just another nobody who couldn’t take down Oliver Queen by himself.
The man looked like everything she had loved && then hated at the same time. Facing him all over again would hurt her, but she’d need to keep in mind that he wasn’t her late lover. He didn’t even like her on this Earth, && as much as she hated everything here, even Laurel from here ( who reminded her too much of her past self ), it bothered her on so many levels that they weren’t meant to each other. Her pride had taken a blow. && the blond glued by Oliver’s side was also another proof of his idiocy. ( she would get her revenge on her for that punch ).
( did she have many left options in the end? ). Freedom, or jails. She remained silent for the most part, then her hazel eyes landed on the keys && quickly she couldn’t repress that growing smirk of hers. ( dumbass ). Slender fingers grabbed the said keys, inserting them into her handcuffs, which clicked && freed her thin bruised wrists. She found herself relaxing gradually, && stood up, leaning towards him still in a seductive way. “Alright.” Tilting her head innocently, she let out a sigh. “Should I start dropping my clothes now, or…?” Trailing off her last words, she knew perfectly that he would be too distracted to pay attention to her next move.
Tumblr media
Around her, Adrian didn't feel the need to hide entirely behind the intricate facade of the District Attorney he had crafted. It would have been an insult to her intelligence, and besides, he had all the sleight of his hand that was needed. While having her in his corner would be nice, it certainly wasn't necessary, and he held no qualms about tossing her right back into the hands of the justice system. This wasn't a negotiation, but rather a business proposition that was not up for debate. (when it came to his vengeance, a compromise was off the table.)
Additionally, Adrian didn't care about what happened between her and whoever she had previously opted to align with; it held no bearings to the present. "You can still say no, Miss Lance." he told her, "While your assistance would be greatly appreciated, it's not mandatory. If you'd rather stay in Star City, I'm sure Iron Heights has a special cell outfitted with a dampener just for you." he taunted. it was the worst choice; almost sadistic in nature as it wasn't really a choice. Her silence was indicative of her thought on the matter, and he actually couldn't imagine what was going through her mind.
It wasn't like he actually knew anything about her, other than she had been the love of Oliver Queen on another Earth. The details surrounding that were still somewhat blurry to him, and maybe in time she would be forthcoming about it, or not, it didn't matter, as long as she did what he needed her to do. Moments passed with no affirmation of his offer, but with the click of the key into the metal cuffs, her answer was as clear as his smirk was wide. (He knew she would come around, eventually.)
She moved with grace as she stood, his ears perking up at the last words to leave her dark painted lips. "That, my dear, is entirely up to you," he replied, the attraction swelling strong in his chest, and at the end of the day, even Adrian Chase couldn't help but be coaxed by her alluring prowess. Still, he was sure to tread lightly and remain aware. (He did just unleash a very /bad/ girl.)

Black Siren hadn’t known what to say to him. She had put her faith in someone before and they had left her to be locked up, despite the promises to look after her. She didn’t know if that would happen again, she would help him with whatever he wanted her to do because she owed him but Siren knew nothing about Prometheus. All she knew was that everyone wanted something.
Her eyes never left him once they were back at his lair. She still didn’t know what to say, but watching him taking off his shirt and seeing his scar flipped a switch in her. He wasn’t perfect, had been hurt and was just as human as she was. This wasn’t a man who thought he was a god, just one with a mission. She trailed her fingers over it, still not saying anything but letting her guard down a little.
Her eyes moved to the scar to his eyes and she nodded her head. An inclination that she wouldn’t give him any trouble at least. Siren still needed to gain back that self-assurance that had been taken from her when she was captured and lost her greatest weapon. She didn’t pull back the hand that was under his instead using her frees ones to trace over his fingers.
Adrian wasn't typically the one to play hardball, but he did require her assistance with the next phase of his plan - and unlike whatever predecessors she had aligned herself with prior to him, he did intend to make well on his promise of keeping her free and unharmed if she did what he had asked of her. His vendetta was against Oliver Queen, and as crazy as it sounded after the trail of blood left in his wake, he didn't actually want to harm anyone who wasn't part of said plan.
The scars were derived from the rigorous training he had endured on Nanda Parbat in preparation for his crusade, and fortunately, the attire he wore under the guise of a lawyer hid them and his physique well from the eyes of the public. The silence that weighed heavy and thickened the air seemed to dissipate slightly at their joint touch; even more so as her slender fingers moved over his rigid knuckles in the most delicate fashion.
With his free hand, Adrian reached into his pocket and pulled out a small device, turning around to hand it off to the woman who stood behind him. "Here; this negates the effects of dampening technology. You have a great advantage if they can't eliminate your scream." it was a proverbial olive branch, and hopefully a gesture that was indicative of his willingness to keep her safe.

Burning the Midnight Oil
starter for @greenmartyrdom
Adrian Chase x Oliver Queen; Office Hours
Adrian sat on the floor of the of his bosses' office - the Mayor's office - in a circle of case files. Jacket off, sleeves rolled up, tie loosened, and shoes off made for a comfortable late evening at the office. The long hand on the antiqued clock slowly rolled past twelve, officially putting them there at midnight. So was the glamorous life of a city official. The files in question held profiles of Sampson, Espinoza, and Church; the goal is to determine how all 3 men were related and nail them down one by one. "I get the idea that Espinoza is playing both sides of the field here." He vocalized his thoughts, moving a picture of the street thug to rest in between the images of the other two crime lords. "Double dipping never ends well, but we should do something before our hooded friends step in."
Tumblr media
It was starting to become inherently more frustrating as the days went by. Adrian's was his job to assist with cleaning the streets, yet the vigilante problem made it difficult for him to do properly do his job as a prosecutor at times. "Who do you think has the best chance of rolling?" He asked Oliver, his eyebrow raised in curiosity. Perhaps the other man had insight Adrian had overlooked in his aggressive research. They had only been working together briefly, but Adrian already had built a sense of trust within Oliver and his judgment. He wouldn’t stay this late for just anyone.

allurredsoulss:
‘ just because we TRAIN to become assasins, doesn’t mean we have to lose every inch of our humanity and common care. ‘ the blonde spoke, a wink coming out that had propseiry of everything. he was aware that most of people here were cruel and adopting the secret antidote of humanity. becoming an assasin was difficult, taking a LIFE was difficult, especially for someone that had never done it before. it changed you completely and held traces of scars all around your body and soul. sirus held the knoweldge since he was gone to missions that the league of assasins sent him to accomplish and he always did with great results. but he had seen his self as a murderer, a killer. thus why he stayed here and never came back to his family. who could love the man he had become during the years after the gambit had fallen? no one. ‘ try not to move so much. other wise, your sticthes will be broken and i have to be your maid for another time. ‘ he joked.
Those words, especially the word humanity, resonated with Adrian, enough so for him to momentarily stall and take in what Sirus has stated it it's entirety. Talia was a ruthless, savage trainer; she stressed the importance of never losing sight of what brought him here, and not to let his emotions deter him from his cause. This take, however, was new. Adrian had never thought that he could remain in touch with his soul all while doing the work of the devil. He wanted to pretend taking the lives of others had no effect on him; but it did. Someone taking the life of his father is what led him here today, and there he sat, taking lives in return as he outlined out his revenge. Perhaps clinging to those final threads would one day be the difference maker for him.
He looked upon his new friend with enlightened eyes, and agreed to take it easy the next week until the wound had healed together. Adrian could be stubborn, but unlike most, he actually had an aptitude for self preservation and being aware of when it was best to wait, retreat and lick his wounds. "I'll take your word for it; there's nothing attractive about busting out stitches." He paused, and then, had a decent idea. Well, decent enough. You NEVER let someone walk away without plans to meet up again, right? "I'll be honest though, I have no clue how to remove them." He spoke, leaving the invite open ended as he carefully reached for a clean shirt.

‘‘I know that’s an unusual case but see? on this particular similarity the only difference,is that through circustancial evidence,it was brought to light, that my former boss’ client was set up,and what could be the odds that This case right here can end up being the same scenario as the one I’m showing you?” she paused and spoke up. “I believe Mister Diggle’s case it’s our one in a million case”
Tumblr media
Adrian wanted to believe, but this setup was flawlessly executed. The evidence against his client was as tight as could be; he had been over it time and time again. “I don’t think the odds are a factor where there is surveillance video evidence of your client dealing a nuclear trigger and murdering a fellow soldier,” he spoke, his voice cold. “People are set up all the time; exonerating it is often one of the hardest tasks to legally accomplish. I’m sorry, Jade, but I just don’t see how this situation has the ass behind it to support mine.”

Gracefully Laurel sits on the plush leather chair, gaze never leaving his own. She knew exactly what display this was as he sat now perched on the edge of his desk—looking down on her. He wanted to take control of the situation, display his dominance. Still she went unfazed fingers tapping idly on the arm of the chair in response to his display. ❝I’m a bad guy…that’s what we do…or haven’t you heard the story of poor laurel that lost it after the death of her sister……❞ The dishwater blonde clucked as she shook her head. ❝what a waste.❞
The smirk never left her features as she leaned towards him slightly. Honestly she was curious why she was taken from that meta human cell and brought to his office. Strange indeed. If he wanted to question her it seemed more likely he would have done it from an interrogation room. ❝What a waste of taxpayers dollars to bring me all the way here to your office. Tell me are you here to gloat over taking my position?? Don’t worry I’m more interested in a certain vigilante in your city then in getting my old job back.❞
Tumblr media
Adrian's lips pulled up at the corners of his mouth; his line of sight never adverting from her deep gaze. It appeared to be hollow, but he didn't buy it. Sure, she clearly enjoyed making trouble, but nothing about her came off as being bad, at least not from his perspective. Attention seeking and slightly rotten, maybe, but she didn’t seem to be the type that was inherently evil. "I have; it's unfortunate. We all grieve in different ways, and the death of a loved one is never easy to take." the attorney commented, watching as her darkly manicured nails pranced a rhythm along the arm of the expensive office chair, almost as if she were using the gesture to mock him.
"I don't burden the public with my personal affairs, Miss Lance," he added. He wanted to speak with her, and he wanted to have the conversation in an arena that could be perceived as plusher and less threatening. There was nothing inviting about the cold, shrill walls of an interrogation cell. More importantly, this wasn't entirely an interrogation. "Oh? Which one?” he bit back his own amusement at the concept of all of this; of these “superheroes”, “They're running around like ants these days, it's hard to keep them all straight." he pressed her subtly for more information as to which crime fighting good samaritan had piqued her interest.

It all started with...
starter for @prettybirdprettylawyer;
Laurel Lance x Adrian Chase ADA’s AU
It was a hell of a case, and it was finally over. After months of tracking, building, and bargaining, District Attorneys Chase and Lance had finally brought down Derek Sampson’s drug ring in one heated, heart pounding trail.
Tumblr media
That was how they ended up across the street from the courthouse at a local dive, celebrating their victory with their legal team. She was the good cop, he was the bad, and together they made one hell of a prosecution team. Their victory in litigation was tight and flawless which meant a round of drinks was well earned. A round turned into another round, and a round after that. There was pool, darts, ridiculous dancing to hits of the past ... then came the shots Shots were far from professional, but who was even paying attention? They were off the clock. Adrian was always so well put together, but had negated to rolled sleeves and a loosened tie as he raised the small serving of tequila to Laurels. “Oh my god, when you presented that evidence with the vat of stardust, I thought Sampson was going to drop at the defense table.” he laughed, “Salud!” Adrian spoke, giving her glass a gentle click before tossing the amber liquid smoothly down his throat.
