Anti bloating hacks that actually works (for me):
• daily ab workout
• apple cider vinegar in hot water before breakfast and in the evening
• oil massages of lymphs and midsection
• 3 x (green) herbal tea
• activities after dinner to avoid snacking directly after
• walking +10K daily

Started my day with an earl grey te with lemon and ginger. About an hour after I had breakfast: 33g oats 15g raisins  200ml skimmed milk
I’ve been reading a tekst we are reading right now in the signature analysis. I just had six almonds and a carrot.  I don’t feel starving...just hungry because I’m bored..so I should really go work out, that always helps.

skinny habits :
always have small portions no matter what you’re eating
fill up on water before anything else, diet soda if it helps
walk whenever you can, wherever you can
always fidget - you can burn 100+ cals a day just fidgeting
always stay busy and occupy your time productively
have a solid sleep schedule - early to sleep, early to rise
always drink 1.5-3L of water per day
cardio is important; try to go for runs or long hikes
swap out junk food food like candy for fruits

How I lost 20 pounds in about a month
Hey guys ❤️. I just started to lose weight, and I regret not starting sooner. But along with daily exercise and this drink I make I have lost over 20 pounds in around a month. This is my second month of my weight loss, but let me tell you what the drink is. You’ve probably heard of it.
🍵What’s in it: 。A cup of hot water 。Green Tea 。Half of a squeezed lemon 🍋 。And some Apple Cider Vinegar (You can put how much you want… but I usually put around 4 cap fulls)
You can also add some honey if it’s to bitter tasting for you.
I drink this every morning when I wake up and usually a hour before I go to bed. This drink works you guys. If you want to lose weight try this.

How I Lost 3.1kgs/6lbs in 1 Week

So, I lost 3kgs in 1 week with two binges in the middle of it, here’s how:
- Fasting
I fasted every day (except Sunday) a minimum of 16 hours and a maximum of 21 hours, seriously, this was probably why I lost that much in a week, during the fast I only drank water with ice (cold water burns more calories) I found that it was easier to fast if I stopped eating at 1 or 2 pm and then ate only in the morning, I just felt better if I did that than starting my fast at 9 pm.
- Eating
I ate about 500 - 750 calories every day, except the days when I binged, I obviously ate more then, although there was a day when I only ate 250 calories and I burnt it all off, also I usually only eat fresh vegetables and fruits like bell peppers, apples, cucumbers etc. 
- Drinking
I drank about 2 litres of water every day and I only drank water, no tea, no coffee, no flavoured water, just regular water, like I said before, I did drink it with ice or when it was really cold and that burns more calories than drinking warm water, but the days that I binged I had a cup of a fizzy drink and a coffee
- Exercising 
I didn’t actually exercise that much, I worked out only three days a week and I only did a 30 minute cardio workout, I also went outside and walked for a few hours four days that week and that’s pretty much all I did for exercise
And there you go! Nothing special, the fasting really helps and I’m going to continue doing it, this week I don’t want to binge at all and I don’t want to go over my calorie limit of 750 calories
