Because the students are shy, the students choose to communicate with the teachers after class, but most of them can't solve the problem. The class atmosphere is inactive.  In the second semester, I was confused and gradually got on the right track. We have many papers this semester, the pressure of study is even heavier than last semester. It was also the beginning of my new study. I changed my previous learning style and used the learning method I learned in the UK to learn marketing. This is a major I have never been exposed to before. I have preliminarily mastered the framework of basic knowledge theory. However, in view of the short time, I have learned a lot of knowledge during this period, and I have not fully mastered or deeply understood many knowledge contents. Up to now, although many lessons are about to end, but self-learning can not stop. I hope that I can strengthen my professional theoretical knowledge and enrich my professional knowledge reserve to prepare for the master degree. The teacher assigned some homework, which was not a task for me personally, but an opportunity for me to improve my learning ability. I am very grateful to my teacher, because her strict teaching method has taught me a lot. When I was studying business research, I didn't really understand what it was. Every day after class, I would go to the library to look for books on marketing and courseware given by the teacher to review materials. Review what the teacher said in class and reflect on your own unclear problems. The next day after class again to ask the teacher. Marketing is the process of connecting manufacturing enterprises with the market through certain sales. The course of Research let me know how to write a Research paper. The research process includes selecting topics, collecting background information, organizing information and quotations, writing research questions, evaluating information and other parts. After a period of learning, the teacher was very patient with so many examples and she spent a lot of time to break the details to explain to us. And we did a lot of work on the research process. So I have a preliminary understanding of it. For example, in the research process, if I want my article to get a good score, I must read many articles related to the topic of the article. Some are useful for my thesis, some are not. So it was a hard and long time for me, but when I found some examples that could be used in my future papers, I felt satisfied with my work. So in my opinion, the research process is very important, when students want to write a good article, it must spend a lot of energy and time to find the right resources as the evidence of my article. If I get enough evidence from different articles and studies, then I can organize the evidence in my first draft, if I don't finish the research progress, I won't start my paper. A good research advance is the beginning of a successful paper. Research is much harder than I expected. Not only do I have to read a lot of relevant literature, but also I have to constantly adjust my thinking and communicate with my teachers and classmates to see whether my ideas are feasible. The topic is also changed and changed. In my opinion, I still need to improve the skill of collecting background, my reading skill is my weakness, but there is a lot of information to read (the progress of collecting information), so I have to rely on the translation software. In the future, I hope I can improve my reading skills, then I can read the article directly without the translation software. On the other hand, I hope I can find useful evidence in the article soon, because in the period of collecting information, I need to read more and more articles, but the evidence from other authors. In this way, I can expand my knowledge domain and enrich my mind. Secondly, in terms of courses, I think the courses are more difficult for me than last semester, so I need to do a lot of homework after class. But these courses are very good for improving my ability of specialized courses. I think what I do not do well is the communication with the teacher is not enough.  Personal goals

I know that every class I take now is to prepare for my master's degree. It has to be taken seriously. I used to major in architecture, but I never thought I would study business. I think the cultivation of interest through their own practice to enhance their interest. Usually to find interest in the professional point, let yourself slowly into it. Although business is a subject I have never been exposed to before, now it is a challenge for me to study business. I am very confused about my future work and direction. Now mention the future I am still nervous. Although I am confused about the future, I still have a heart of self-challenge. I think people should keep challenging themselves to grow up. I always think that we should do well in the present thing, like my present major and learn it carefully. I also hope that I can make a good improvement in all aspects during my pre-master study.
