I know that the heights of the Marauders are never mentioned (and are honestly irrelevant) and that there are no actual canon heights assigned to them, but I genuinely believe that Sirius was the tallest outta all of them (I headcanon him as such anyways). And while the books never explicitly state these heights, I think it gives us some clues on what they might be.

For example:

In “Order of the Phoenix”, it’s said that Harry (at 15) and James were within an inch of each other’s height. Then in “Half-Blood Prince”, Harry is described as being as tall as Narcissa now, and in that same book, it kind of infers that Snape is taller than Narcissa by stating that he was “looking down into her tear-stained face” when she was standing right in front of him, really close, and grasping him. And if we go back to “Order of the Phoenix”, it was stated that Sirius was “rather taller” than Snape. Then by the end, in “Deathly Hallows”, we obviously know that Harry is the exact same height as James, and unless he like grew some more over the year (between HBP and DH), that just means Harry, Narcissa, and James are all around the same height.

So, if Sirius is very noticeable taller than Snape, who seems to be taller than Narcissa, who is about the same height as Harry, who is the exact same height as James, then that infers that Sirius is taller than James.

Besides all that tho, it’s canon (and funny) that Draco, Ron, Fred, George, and pretty much every other adult male mentioned, even Bellatrix, are taller than both James and Harry, lmao.

On to Remus. Whereas James and Sirius are mentioned to be tall, Remus’ height is never mentioned or compared to anyone, at least not to my knowledge. And had he actually been tall, it would have been mentioned a thousand times throughout the books, so I think it’s safe to assume that he wasn’t tall, or at least wasn’t taller than James or Sirius (who were described as tall).

And then Peter is just short…yeah…he’s shorter than all of them.
