i vote for AIDAN from the illuminae files as the underrated robot of the day!! He's an amazing character whom I love very much. His character goes a lot into the themes of humanity and godhood, as well as the whole man vs machine deal. He's awesome

2V-R8 is a Seneschal-series factotum droid outfitted to serve the galaxy's most dangerous individuals. Due to experiences with previous masters, he knows that any moment of weakness or failure could easily result in his permanent deactivation, and he has therefore created multiple subroutines to reroute all his processing capabilities, maximizing his efficiency when seeing to whatever single task his master has assigned him. Despite the constant fear of destruction hanging over his head, 2V-R8 makes every effort to appear professional and composed. He has activated numerous crisis-management programming modules to assist him with handling the stress on his processors. So far, his power core has overheated only once.

Oh god im not sure if anyone has ever mentioned her on here before but imma do it either way. Aradiabot from Homestuck. Shes basically a ghost possessing a robot body created by Equius(the guy who likes her)

Been crushing on her for many years. I love the more angular and robotic designs people draw of her sometimes.

Don’t know if you do sentient computers, but Makku Kihei from zipzapproductions.com. He is a sentient computer in a polycule with some of the other UTAUs the website sells (Beso vowels only VB, Bebo Akapane, Passo for example)
