People have always told him that he doesn’t “look” like he would be a smoker. But that doesn’t change the fact that he’s been a heavy smoker ever since he started 4 years ago. He always smokes at least a pack per day, and recently he’s been wanting to push himself up to 2 packs per day. He just loves smoking so much. He loves the way his lungs feel when he takes a big deep drag off of his Marlboro Red. He loves the constant stench of cigarette smoke that follows him everywhere he goes. He even loves the tightness and heaviness in his chest that he has started to feel every morning when he wakes up from all the tar that accumulated the previous day. Sure, he knows that this is killing him, and that the pink lungs he used to have are now full of thick black tar, but he doesn’t care. The pleasure he gets each day from sucking down 20+ Marlboros is worth it to him. He would never dream of quitting. He’s happily locked in for a lifetime of pleasure.
