Because you know how I love to inject my horror-drama with absolutely ridiculous shenanigans... I've been experimenting with a style for my comedic cutscenes. I just think it's a fun way to introduce the chars and their dynamics (´ ᴗ｀✿)

Also have been learning a ton about masks and layers! I may make a tutorial for stuff like this if anyone's interested.

Hey so it's the end of the month so tadah! New alpha release! Arc 2 remaster in all its glory!

I'm really happy I get to release it for pride month as it's a very important arc for me as both the first blatantly queer and first ace-affirming arc of the game.

need all the LI’s beefing so hard during that county fair trying to be the one to win iggy the most things. tbh I love the idea of iggy standing there doing jack shit and the LI’s immediately getting in a dust cloud brawl over who gets to do ANYTHING with him first they’re so insane to me. it’s cartoonish bc you know damn well iggy would look at them super smash bros brawling each other and go “tf are they fighting about??????” they’re beefing about YOU dawg

orly actually makes me feel really seen as an aromantic person in a relationship with someone who can experience romantic attraction ;w; it’s like, we don’t need typical “romantic attraction” to know we love each other, and that we care about each other a lot. we’re the most important people in each other’s own lives and we don’t both need typical fuzzy feelings to show that.

I know iggy is ALSO arospec but still. they mean a whole ton as someone in that kind of relationship, and seeing it be portrayed as so healthy and loving it makes me so insanely happy ;w;

I'm really glad they can mean so much to you!! hearing that makes my heart squish. I wanted so much with the game to show these different dynamics of relationships and how all of them are wonderful and sweet, so I'm always really touched to hear that people can relate to them or feel seen or connected to them

i'm really excited to release arc 2 remaster... ;-;

combination of it being really important to me as the first arc in which i made it clear what type of game this is and my first big cathartic ace moment

also finishing up the last bits and getting it ready is about the only thing keeping me sane and distracted from real life right now lol
