If anyone has issues with loading the document or notices mistakes please let me know, and of course if you have any questions feel free to ask! <3 I will probably keep neatening it up but I wanted to get it out ASAP.

I've also made a Part 2 (this time shorter + with more tick box Qs as requested) for whoever wants to share their thoughts on PotD + some other Chibnall era Qs! Obviously, this contains spoilers for Power of the Doctor, so please proceed with caution!

no problem! i decided to include all the characters in the end because even if jericho died people still might feel his character/story is incomplete in someway, vinder coming back might not have resolved everything for him, etc. etc.

I wanted to include some Q's asking which aspects people thought were left unresolved / which they cared were left unresolved of the era but if I want to do that I'd have to rewatch the whole era... or maybe I cld just do ones I see commonly talked about 🤔🤔 hm

A lot of people don't like the Rosa episode because it not only frames Rosa Park's as the victim of manipulation by guilty White People, but it also did zero actual research into the real events and straight up lies about the actual real history.

Rosa Parks wasn't just tired and decided to sit down after work because she was manipulated by white people.

She was an activist.

It was a planned demonstration.

If the buses weren't running that night they literally would have planned it for another day....

Oh and also they just have Ryan there to "be hate crimed" as the expression goes and so he can be the butt of the joke by having all the white and non-Black characters lecture him on Black history as a way to humiliate him, instead of literally any other way to infodump about her instead of making the young Black man a joke.

yeah i mean i knew some people had those issues with it (although. i cld have sworn they mention it being planned protest when Ryan meets MLK or something but i reskimmed the transcript and can't see it, the only time its mentioned is when R&G are trying to get the bus driver to go drive the bus so i mean.... he was also expecting it ?? v odd) but i usually see more people positive than negative/its usually quite high up on rankings so i think it reflects on who's the survey reached yk?

@musingsofaraven replied: Not the anon, but Feminist Frequency Radio podcast delved into the first 5-6 episodes of S11, including a long section on Rosa and the inaccuracies, in about November or December of the year S11 came out. I definitely recommend taking a listen to it!
