New Year, New Blog!

Hey guys!

You may recognise me from the blog @chimeras-and-company . I know I have been silent on that blog for months on end, and I greatly apologise about that. 

Fact is, it’s many of similar reasons why everyone’s been struggling in 2020. And on top of all of it I also have to deal with a worsening chronic illness. 

So hopefully this year in 2021, I want to get back to Tumblr with a fresh start! My previous blog is kind of more like my teenagehood (back in 2015, where I made it in order to contact the beloved group @hopeexe ) so now I kind of regard this blog as me growing into adulthood. 

You are free to still follow me back to this blog as you wish! Just know that this blog may instead be more focused to scientific articles, palaeontology, and Palaeoblr as I wish to rejoin the community. Fandom things may still be reblogged too, they just wouldn’t be the main focus. 

I also have my older palaeoart blog @fragilis-grenade that I hope to fill with newer art about the natural world soon!

y’all, i feel like i need to remind y’all that there’s a huge difference between ignoring what’s going on, and taking a mental break because you’re exhausted with trying to keep up with the situation in the country right now. this shit is no joke and is weighing incredibly heavy on people such as myself and if you need to take a break from this and just log out, please do. please take care of yourself and don’t feel bad that you’re not keeping up with things at every second of the day.
