But I am pleased with how it turned out! No CC in this build!

I got my hands on Xureila's new Modern Lux Kit (EA hit a gem with this colab)! This was my first build after its release and I had to add this to my build! Bro chef's kiss I am in love with this kit *sigh* I wish they would colab MORE with CC creators for these kits at least! I digress lol. No CC in this build!

Back showing my builds! 3 stories of vaulted ceilings and an inclosed green house or make it a nectar or tea room in the attic! I have been holding onto this build for awhile due to round wall glitches (EA is dragging their feet to fix this)! This was my first build after painted ceilings was released and I thought it was the patch, *sigh* it wasn't lol it was those pesky round walls lol. If the half painted ceiling bothers you plz just replace with the default paint so it all matches lol. No CC!

I intended for this to be in the lower 50x50 lot in Mt Komorebi but the EA generated thumbnail was trash for that lot sooooo so for the Gallery upload it shows in the snowy 50x50 lot.

Back showing my builds! I was on a mini haitus for my Birthday Month! had lots of fun on vaca's and went to a wedding! But now I am back and inspired by my travels! This is double lot for a gym AND ice cream shop! (For Ice Cream Parlor it will work best if you have Ravasheen's "Mint To Be" ice cream CC!) But I placed a bunch of the cool kitchen ice cream appliances so if you can't use cc you can just pretend! lol Perfect little spot for your sims to meet up for a gym or ice cream date. Or meet some new gym buff sims. Has a meditation circle outside and basketball court on 2nd level! No CC, Residential lot but you can assign front door of a specific apartment to specific sim you want to stay. Perfect little complex for your college sims, elders, single sims or couple sims. Like I stated before I usually just build for myself in game and never post anything but you can find this cute tiny church on the gallery PLEASE select include CC box filter to this lot. The only CC used was for some outdoor plants my Max20 found here, which you can replace with in game plants if you don't use CC. Wedding Venue lot. Perfect little church or chapel for your sims.
