I have chosen the song "Could You Be Loved?" by Bob Marley. To understand its emotional and cultural impact on society, I would use a qualitative approach. This would involve speaking with fans and others to learn how the song has affected them or what it means to them personally. Additionally, I would analyze the lyrics, exploring themes such as love, unity, and reliance, to see how these resonate with listeners and influence their connection to the song.

Considering the theme of memory in young adults from "Here and Now: Memory in Young Adults," I began to reflect on my own experiences with memory and its role in shaping my identity. I recalled a podcast episode I listened to that explored the effects of social media on memory creation. It examined how our carefully crafted online personas affect not only what we remember but also how we view our past.

We’re facing a memory crisis. It’s essential to reduce our screen time and improve our diets. Practice leads to excellence, but at what cost? Your mental well-being is crucial, especially for athletes. Some individuals jeopardize their mental health by obsessively adhering to pre-game routines, neglecting both their mental and physical wellness, all in the name of their passion for the sport.

I find this story fascinating; it offers a unique perspective on how an alien race might view us. It highlights how humans are becoming increasingly aware of their actions and what they consume.

When listening to the podcast by Zachary Crockett it made me realize how much goes into a simple pizza box and how much it affects the economy. I found it interesting how a person was able to find something good out of a cardboard box and made it special to himself and to eventually start his own collection of pizza boxes. It inspires me to look at the little things and enjoy what we have and to not take anything for granted.
