Saturday H&F
I started my day off at 8 and I put a scoop of protein powder and some fruit in a bowl of oatmeal. I got the the pool at 9 and I swam 500m three times with a 10 minute gap between each, I left the gym at 10. I had a whole supreme pizza and a banana for lunch. At 3 I went to the soccer field with some of my friends and we played a few 3 on 3 matches of soccer which lasted just over 2 hours. After I got back I carried boards and bags of concrete for about an hour as my dad is rebuilding the backyard fence. Once I was finished helping him, I had some chicken and vegetables with some lo mein for dinner. I did not go the the gym today as I was already tired from my morning swim, playing soccer with my friends, and helping my dad.

Friday H&F
I started my day off at 6:30 and I got a sausage, egg, and cheese bagel and a mixed fruit yogurt from a bagel shop. I got to the gym at 7 and I ran a mile and swam 500m at a semi-leisurely pace. I started back to work for my dad’s landscaping company, and I started work this morning at 8:15. For lunch, I had an apple and 2 ham and cheese sandwiches. My work day ended at 4:30, for a total of just over 8 hours worked today. I made myself a protein shake after I got off of work and went to the gym 2 hours later at 7. Today I stretched, worked out my abs, and targeted a few other small muscle groups - my workout was not very strenuous. I left the gym at 8 and when I got back I ate a few chicken breasts, broccoli, carrots, and some chopped potatoes cooked in a skillet.

Saturday Daily H&F
I woke up at 8 today and made myself some berry protein yogurt. I went for another swim this morning, and got to the pool at 10:30. I swam at a much slower than usual pace today as I was feeling sluggish, so I compromised and swam 1500m instead of my usual 1000m. I spent about an hour at the pool and afterwards I had some more hamburger casserole for lunch (variety I know). I went to the gym at 9. Today I worked out my arms and my back, which is my favorite workout, so I ended up working out until 10:30. After the gym I had two steaks, a potato, and some asparagus.

Friday Daily H&F
I woke up at 7:30 today and ate a CLIF bar and a three egg ham and cheese omelette. Now that the season is over, I swim on the weekends to keep myself in shape. So, I got to the pool at 8:30 and swam 20 laps for a total of 1000m. I wrapped up at 9 o’clock. For lunch I ate some hamburger casserole and an orange, I always have to eat a lot after swimming because it requires so much energy. I went to the gym at 8 and it was my leg workout today, I finished my workout at 9:15. After my workout, I had some more hamburger casserole and some steamed broccoli and carrots.

Saturday Daily H&F
I woke up at 6:45 and I went on a two mile hike. When I got back I had a bacon eg and cheese biscuit and an apple. For lunch, I had a grilled chicken salad with ranch. I went to Anytime Fitness around 7 and had an hour long leg workout. After I got back, I had steak and mac and cheese.

Saturday
The season is winding down so I didn’t start my day off until 7:00. I made myself a bowl of oatmeal and a protein shake for breakfast. I got to the beach at 8:00 and put up 12 sets of chairs and umbrellas, finishing at 8:30. For lunch, I had a Clif protein bar because I wasn’t very hungry. I started taking down my equipment at 4:30 and finished at 5. I went to the gym at 8 and worked out my chest and shoulders and then ran on the treadmill...my workout lasted roughly an hour.  When I got home I had a chicken casserole for dinner. I logged 16,000 steps for the day with 1,600 calories burned.

Sunday
This was my last day working on the beach for the summer. I started my day off at 7:00 and had a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit for breakfast. I got to work at 8 and only put up 10 sets of chairs and umbrellas, finishing at 8:30. For lunch, I had a southwest chicken wrap and jalapeno chips from McAlister's that my manager got for me. I began taking down my chairs at 4 and finished at 4:30. I went to the gym at 8, worked out my back and arms and ran on the treadmill....my workout was roughly an hour. When I got home I had a roast beef sandwich for dinner. I logged 14,000 steps for the day and I burned 1,300 calories.

Sunday
I started my morning off at 5:40 and I had a bowl of greek yogurt with protein powder. I got to work at 6:15 and put up 92 sets of chairs and umbrellas, finishing at 9:15. I had leftover steak and potato for lunch. I started packing up my equipment at 3:30 and I finished at 5. I logged 47,000 steps for the day, and burned 4,300 calories. My drill battery died today so I had make the holes for my umbrellas by hand today. I had some pizza and a berry protein shake for dinner today.

Saturday
I started my day off at 6:00 and I didn’t have time to make breakfast, so I ate an orange and stopped at the gas station to get a meal bar. I got to work at 6:30 and setup 86 umbrellas and sets of chairs, finishing at 9:00. For lunch, I stopped at Subway and got a ham and cheese footlong with a lot of vegetables. I started taking my equipment down at 3:30 and finished at 5. I logged 51,000 steps for the day and burned 3,800 calories. I went to Longhorn Steakhouse and had the porterhouse with broccoli and a baked potato.

I started my day off at 6:00 and had a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel for breakfast, along with some yogurt. I got to work at 7:00 and put up 50 umbrellas and sets of chairs, finishing at 9:00. For lunch I had a protein bar, half a watermelon, and PB&J. Today there was a lot to do throughout the day as it was check-in day at the campground I work in front of. After I broke down the 50 sets of beach equipment I had put up, my watch had logged 31,000 steps and 2800 calories burned. I had some left over beef and broccoli stir fry for dinner.

Saturday
I started my day off at 6:30. I had some eggs and avacado toast for breakfast. I drove to the beach and started work at 7:30. I put up 30 sets of umbrellas and chairs finishing at 9 o’ clock. A few hours later I ate a ham sub that I packed myself for lunch. I continued various activities my work required of me throughout the day until 4 o’clock when I had to begin packing the equipment back up. I logged 17,000 steps and burned 1600 calories for the day. Once I got off of work I had a beef and broccoli stir fry.
