Remix of one if the saints you'll find on the walls in the monetary at Montserrat. . During our trips to Atlantic City, while my wife gambled, I'd go along the boardwalk. . . It was always nice during the winter with just a few souls out taking on the cold. I alternated between going deep in thought and capturing images like this one. . . It's one I've been looking to release for a few years now and finally found an outlet for it in my new book, "A Child of Fox and Phantom". . . It's one of those images that takes me back to the night I took it every time I look at it. After the amazing Exhibition at the Ontario Museum of History and Art, my wife and I went out to dinner with our friends @tahkole While we waited for a table to open up inside @brightstarveganthai I noticed the tree I was standing under was kind of picturesque. I have to wait for some photos to reveal what they want me to do with them. This one's been sitting on my phone since my visit to the Los Angeles County Fair in September, 2017. Like usual, I opted not to bring my Canon camera since I was there with my wife and didn't want to spend the day looking for shots, which I tend to do if I'm lugging that camera around. Besides, I had my cell phone to take photos and it can be argued that I wouldn't have shot this better with a DSLR camera, regardless of the lens. That said, tgis was taken and processed using a #galaxys7 using free apps. I call what I do #expressionistphotography I took this shot of the representation of the Echo Mountain House in the Fairplex Garden Railroad which depicts various scenes from California history from the 1850's to present day. The Echo Mountain House resided above Altadena, CA in the late 1800's and the Mount Lowe Railway that brought the outdoor enthusiasts up to the hotel. I just pitched a mobile phone photography class to a local museum. In it, I'll teach how you can take and process photos using your mobile phone. This image is an example of a photograph taken and processed entirely using free apps. Composition, color and other fundamentals can be learned by anyone from any walk of life.
