I used CSP for the first time today. I like their pens, but I still have to figure out brushes and coloring tools.

I finally finished fliers for the Training Tower quest! As seen above, my team was 5* Camilla, 4* Cordelia, 4* Michelis, and 3* Palla. I also had a 3* Florina at 40 and 4* Beruka at 35, but they were not able to take many hits from their own color or their color advantage, so Palla filled in.
I mostly rolled for all blue 10th Stratums, but since it didn’t like to give that to me, I went in at 2 blues/2reds most of the time. Cordelia needed support from Michelis and Palla during those times, and it was still tricky with 30% success rate when positioning usually ruined things. I am looking forward to the update that lets you change character positioning in the beginning. Michelis was a great addition to the team, and he was the main tank for the fliers. Plus, archers didn’t harm him too much (unless it was Takumi) so I could try to go in for 10th Stratums with 3 blues and 1 archer. Although he can’t usually kill them off in one hit, usually positioning Camilla or Cordelia nearby and luring the archer was enough to kill them. Needless to say, without color advantage, I rarely had any success if at all.
I got 8 clears with armored units out of sheer luck. It shows above that I got lucky with some rolls, such as 3 reds and a healer, but sometimes healers like Elise was enough to throw everything into chaos. I was very lucky to get rolls where there were only three enemies and they were all red or ones where there were two reds and one blue. Sheena was able to take one or two hits from some enemies when they were blue, but never enough to defeat them. She maybe defeated one blue throughout the course of this campaign. Surprisingly, level 26 and 22 Gwendolyns were able to take some hits from red units enough to stall them for Effie. Effie has been mostly soloing everything herself.
Now that fliers are out of the way, I’ll be able to focus on leveling all my armored units and seeing if my chances go up then. I may need to 4* some of them, if time allows me to level them all up again.

So, currently working on the last two Training Tower quests (i.e. 4 armor, 4 flying) I got through the 10th stratus for infantry and cavalry with these teams above.
Infantry green killer team: Eirika 5*, Marth 5*, Roy 5* +1, Lyn 5* This was mostly for when I saw that the map was mostly green with some red or green with some colorless. Didn’t want to take chances, and they were brutal. I was lucky enough to be playing since the first day and had enough 5* infantry to be well rounded.
Infantry general team: Eirika 5*, Marth 5*, Nino 5*, Corrin F. 4* Sadly I didn’t have any five star blue infantry, but Corrin was bulky enough to take a couple of hits from reds, blues, and colorless. Although she couldn’t do much damage to the enemies, living is crucial when you need all four to survive and Sakura wasn’t able to most of the time. Eirika was able to double hit most enemies and do decent damage and defense. Marth was great when there was a dragon enemy or when you needed him to fly to the aid of a low health ally. Nino was MPV (the first character I used feathers to make 5*) for the infantry team as she took out many enemies before they came over to meet the group head-on in good terrain. I did not choose Julia solely because I gained her from a draw after I finished infantry quest.
Cavalry red killer team: Abel 5*, Frederick 4*, Ursula 4*, Clarine 3* I had a harder time with any other team than infantry, but it helped that I had Abel from early game. He was the second 5* I got after Roy. His double hitting and bulk came in useful taking out most red teams with the very occasional support from Ursula. I had to reroll good teams for 10th stratum for this team, and I kept experimenting by trying to train Eliwood, but since cavalry had good mobility, Clarine was never in direct danger. I admit I was skeptical of Frederick at first, but I added him to the team because I had him early on and he was one of my first four stars. He was already conveniently trained, and he came in useful for tanking and clearing out maps that were red/blue. Daggers hardly hurt him so he was also a great lure for them. Ursula was great in that when there were cavalry units on the other side of the wall/terrain, or when enemies weren’t quite finished, I had the option to use long range to clear them without putting her in danger. She was level 36 at the beginning of the quest. Clarine was likewise lower leveled at 29, but she was able to make more uses out of her allies especially Abel who was doing most of the work. Now that there is inherit skill, she might be even more out of danger if she inherits physic? I’m not sure.
I’m still working on training my flying and armor team, but I’m fortunate enough to have 5* Camilla and an Effie that I promoted to 5* earlier this month, (along with a recent pull of Cordelia 4* and Sheena 4*), so I’ll see if I can finish this challenging quest set by the deadline. I do think that I’ll have a better chance at fliers as armor only has 5 total different variety? (Hector, Effie, Sheena, Gwendolyn, and Draug) and Hector is incredibly rare. I have a lot of Gwendolyns and two Draugs, so I can make a team, but I may have to promote some of them as they are 3* and under.
