If you're presented with a triangle dosa with aalu in the middle then let me tell you how to eat it. First eat the dosa right above the aalu because it's already coated with aalu so you don't need more aalu for it. After you've made a hole big enough to access the aalu you can continue to eat the rest of the dosa however you like. I like eating the soft bits first and then the crispy ones at the end. This way you don't have to destroy the whole dosa to access the aalu.
