Did you know, that there exists a planet made complete of diamonds??

Its called 55 cancri e, the planet consists of carbon, silicon, carbide and other stuff that can form into diamonds under immense pressure. If carbon is set under hard pressure it can crystallize into diamond.

We'd be rich if we could mine there, however.. the planet is about 2400°C hot wich is too hot for our bodies or anything to handle. Since it's a sun-like star. The planet is so well twice as big as earth is! And 8 times more massive!

Scientist like to say: "55 Cancri e is unlike Earth because it may have formed in an environment rich in carbon rather than oxygen. Under high pressure, carbon can crystallize into diamond, making this planet potentially one of the richest treasure troves imaginable."

Location: it's about 40 light-years away in the constellation Cancer.
