Maudy Ayunda

Let me introduce my new role model, Maudy Ayunda. A beautiful humble woman with a lot of amazing dreams, talented artist and smart human being. Almost had no flaws—if we don't look closely.

I like her for such a long time, but before it just about her songs or her movies. i'm not paid so much attention with other aspects of her, which i regret so much.

I began want to know (more) about her when netizen indonesia are so freaking out about his post on instagram that she was accepted by two most legendary university in the world, Harvard and Stanford.

Can you imagine what kind of brain she had?

So, i start to watch her youtube channel and other video where she in. And what i got is such an amazing words came out from her.

like when i'm watching #AskMod , there is someone asked her

"How to increase our confidence?"

most of what i heard from almost everyone is to start learn loving ourself. "come on be confidence" people said that and cheer us.

But Maudy understand that it is something that so hard for us to create and build alone, its not that simple. So she suggest us to invest in our lives, do a lot of things, make us grow, create more value and built ourself until it can be amazing enough so we can be proud with just the way we are. Dream big and set goals.

I think it was the most realistic and relatable answer i got so far. it hits me hard.

and not just that, in other videos, i found Maudy on Najwa Shihab youtube channel.

Najwa ask her, "what the perception that a lot of people think about you, but thats not actually true?"

Maudy seems to think a lot about the answer, she don't take a step carelessly. And then she talk about the people who said that she could achieve what she has now was because the privilage she had, like she is an artist, grow in rich family, and so on.

We may expect that she would denied it like..maybe everyone else would said that its not true.

But she admit it.

She know that she had that privilage, not gonna denied it, and said because she was so lucky that not everyone could have it, she want to used that privilage as much as she could and not gonna wasted it.

And she proved it!

I really amazed with her, everything about her. She was like in a whole other level that i wish i could reach it.

She deserved to be an influencer that motivate us and to be a role model not just for woman, but for everyone.

Yesterday, I watch a really amazing movie.

fyi, i oftenly watched drama romance with sad story and always fell for it. and five feet apart is one of them. i just hope this time, its gonna give me the real impact that really motivate me to life.

its a good movie everyone, go watch it and feel that type of the day like this day of mine, when you feel like you want to start everything and be better for yourself, for yourlife.

value everything around you, and not taking people who love you for granted. feel like everyday could be the last time you saw them, touch them, and hug them.

What i got from this movie is the spirit of wanting to live, with the kind of life you want-while you can and don't want to wasted it.

fight for whatever you are facing now.

Be brave. Be hopeful.
