“I’m a teacher actually, well not yet, I’m part of an Educational Internship program while I earn my certification credentials so I occasionally sub for teachers and spend time shadowing them, but I am expected to have a refined air about me and be mature, which is why there are dress guidelines.”

She’d recited this lie multiple times before now, and each time it still had a bit of a bitter taste as it would leave her mouth, lying always did after all. But how would the other take to knowing she wasn’t anything special in reality, working 3 days a week as a convenience store while her siblings basically fronted all her expenses and provided her living space.

That sounded pathetic, like the the kind of person even a nice girl like this stranger would hate and want nothing to do with.

Luckily, she’d never have to if everything stayed within the lines of the lie.

“Oh.. I couldn’t do that! I love kids, but I think I’d be overwhelmed by a whole class full of them..” She murmured, putting her hands on her hips thoughtfully. Was that mean to say? She hoped it didn’t sound mean. She didn’t dislike kids, she promised! 

“I’m a fetish model.” She did a playful pose, doing a peace sign. “Oh, and I guess I’ve been in a couple beer ads.. and other mens magazines..” She murmured, looking thoughtful. Those were honestly less memorable -- men weren’t all that creative, or at least, not the kind of men who liked sports magazines..

“It can be pretty fun, but sometimes you aren’t very popular with peoples parents..” She gently leaned against the other, grinning. “Too bad you have a strict dress code.. I know a dress that’d look REALLY cute on you!”

Rolling over some from her cat-like positioning on the roof, she gave a stretch before hopping down to ground level. Snake-like eyes giving the girl a few glance-overs. Doing a very slow circle around her by pure habit when she happened to stumble upon someone just wandering around the district. Maybe taking in scent while she was at it. Clawed hands and feet were relatively well kept but also well kept to herself. Was no inclination that she was looking to cause trouble.

Not really, anyway.

“Pretty sure they stopped runnin’ a while ago though. If y’were hopin’ t’catch one before mornin’. This side o’ town doesn’ generally get priority from th’public transit.”

She rolled her shoulders in defeat, her head going down cast as she opened her purse.. Which.. contained a plethora of snacks. “Aww.. I was hoping to make it home before then.. I guess I can check into a hotel for the night...” She lamented, stuffing food into her mouth greedily before blinking.

“Oh.. do you want one?” She asked shyly to the other person, holding out a cookie with bright, rainbow sprinkles. It seemed she liked brightly colored food, ontop of wearing bright colors herself.
