Heres some tips to get through if it seems a tad unbearable, orange and pineapple juice trust me getting as many suppliments as you can is important ya dont want to get dehydrated durring this shindig, second ignore the pain and do stretches not too extravegnet stretches but enough to get you through the day, third eat a high amount of protein or vitamins got to keep your MUSCLES in good GUSTO durring this. Welp... Miss Rona got me gal. I was tested positive for Covid-19 yesterday and I'm currently quarantining alone at my home for the next 15 days.

I have a few symptoms like fever, sore throat, headache and my muscles feel extremely exhausted all the time.
