using humor to cope with the pain

watching DJH 2x04 where Shane and Spike's mom really have her back at the dinner with his parents makes me feel so warm, but also so sad knowing what happens later. I can't believe this baby is Emma! Excited to rewatch the first seasons of TNG with all of the DJH/DH context.

almost done with season 1 of DJH. my fave characters so far are wheels, melanie, lucy, voula, snake, and spike. i love that they cast real kids and we get to watch them grow up. That was so important to me when I was a teen watching TNG. I think that's the heart of degrassi. It's so genuine.
