our Desi Dumplings are a hot favorite and it's kinda weather! Grab it when you join for dinner! 😋🤤☺🥟
Ingredients for the stuffing:
Capsicum - 1
Onion - 1
Garlic - 4 cloves
Carrot - 2
Coriander leaves - (as per your requirement)
Marinated chicken (your desired quantity)
Salt - (as per your requirement)
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Chilli flakes - 2 teaspoons
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Sweet chilli sauce -2 tablespoons
Ingredients used in marination of chicken:
Chicken in diced cube form
Turmeric powder - (a pinch of it)
Salt -( as per your requirement)
Lemon - (if needed)
Dough making process :
Whole wheat flour
Salt
Water
Ingredients used in dumpling sauce:
Oil - 4 tablespoons
Garlic - 6 cloves (finely diced )
Onion - 1
Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
Spring onion (if needed)
Coriander leaves - (as per your requirement)
Dark soya sauce - 1 tablespoon
Chilli flakes - 3 tablespoons
Sweet chilli sauce - 1 tablespoon
Procedure :
Stuffing:-
•Add oil to the pan and allow it to heat.
•Add the marinated chicken and little bit of pepper and fry it.
•Add garlic, onions, capsicum and carrots into the pan and saute it well.
•Add a pinch of salt as per your requirement.
•Add garam masala.
•Add sweet chilli sauce
•Add coriander and saute well and close it tightly and let it cook for a minute and off the flame .
Dough making :
Add the ingredients mentioned above as per your requirements and knead it well and keep it aside for 30 mins.
Later turn the dough into medium circles and add the stuffings into it and make the desired shapes.
Later place it in the steamer for 15 mins. After the steaming process pan fry the dumplings using 2 tablespoons of oil.
Dumpling sauce :
•Add oil into the pan and let it heat .
•Add garlic and onions and saute well.
•Add ginger paste.saute well.
•Add chilli flakes, sweet chilli sauce and coriander leaves .
• saute well.

A little Wednesday night indulgence with some Chicken Kati Rolls.
Recepie:
For the roti or wraps
• 1 cup maida
• salt to taste
• baking powder
- mix it to a dough. Knead till it looks soft and pliable.
Cover and set it aside until the filling is ready.

For Kati Roll filling
• 1 cup mixed vegetables (capsicum, onion, etc,.)
• to each veggies add green chilli sause, tomato sauce, soy sauce, salt to taste.
• heat 2tsp oil over medium flame.
• add ginger-garlic paste stir fry for 30 to 40 seconds.
• add chopped onions and stir fry until it turns light pink in color (do the same for the rest veggies separately).
• Saute all of them for 2 minutes.

For marination of the chicken
• cut the chicken into small pieces
• add meat masala
• 2tsp of vinegar
• lemon juice
• ginger garlic paste
• salt to taste

REFRIGERATE FOR 2 HOURS
• heat 2tsp oil and fry the chicken separately in high flame

- now divide the dough and shape them into round balls.
- flatten the roll and roll it evenly
- heat the tawa and when it is hot, transfer the roti to the pan
- flip it and cook on both the sides. (Transfer it to a plate)

- smear the chutney or sause over the paratha/wrap
- add the cooked veggies
- begin it to roll tightly
