It does not appear that the magic did heal him. He still uses his staff at the end, for instance, something he would no longer need if he could see.

ok but seriously: at the end of Quest for Camelot, did Excalibur heal Garret’s eyes, or is he still blind? because this has been my favorite movie for as long as i can remember, and i still can’t tell, and it’s really bugging me
