He glances around furiously, as if expecting someone to jump from behind the kitchen door and tell them this is nothing more than a cruel joke. “That’s it? That can’t be it.” “That’s everything.” Declan shuffles the documents in front of him, over and over again until Matthew’s hand shoots out to make him stop. All three brothers stare down at the thin packet, barely enough papers to bind together. It’s impossible to think a man’s life can be reduced to this: a piece of legal letterhead, stark black ink splashed onto a crisp white page. And yet. Declan lets out a slow breath. “Ronan, that’s all there is.”

Just looked at a blog where the header description said 'sometimes I reblog posts I like so I don't forget them'.

And I feel like that, right there, explains so much about how the site has changed in the last few months.

People now think reblogging is an unusual behaviour, rather than a default.

Tumblr newbies, please, for the love of baby Jesus, reblog the posts you like. That is the whole reason the site exists - for you to collect all your shiny fandom objects in a single space. Which you can organize to your heart's content. Or not organize at all, if that's your jam.

Our blogs are intended to be collections of posts, not collections of likes.

i don’t know. i think that they look very similar and i just. blinked and made this? idk. i’ve just always thought sokka looked more like his mother than katara did … but literally i get told ‘erm ackshually No he doesn’t he looks NOTHING like her!’ like please just let me live!! so i made this. because i truly do think that he shares more features with her than he does his father!

(and also the angst like. gets real with this little thing. the irony of not remembering your parent’s face and feeling ashamed about it, while not realizing that you look just like them??
