HOLA HOLA

Els participants es possan en peu i formen un cercle. Un del grup camina al voltant del cercle, per la part exterior i toca a algú a l’espatlla. La persona camina al voltant del cercle en la direcció contraria, fins que les dues persones es troben cara a cara. S’han de saludar tres cops pels seus noms. Després corren en direcció contraria al voltant del cercle, aviam qui agafa el lloc lliure abans. Aquí el joc torna a començar. 

The players stand up and form a circle. One person from the group walks around the circle, around the extern part and touch someone on the shoulders. The tap person walks around in the opposite direction, waiting to find each one face to face. They have to salute three times each other by their names. After that, they run around the cercle in opposite directions, and one has to take the place first. After that, the game starts again.

THE REAL GANG IN GROUP PROJECTS

1. Sam actually tries to get things done.

3. Alex does show up, and spends the entire time fuming about how nobody is helpful. 

4. When Magnus actually is there, he and Alex spend the entire time flirting.

PARELLES A CEGUES

Es fa una pista d’obstacles al terra per que tothom la vegi. Els participants formen grups de quatre. Un dels components del grup es possa un drap al ulls de tal manera que no pugui veure res. Mentre’s un d’ells li fa donar per voltes per desubicar-lo, els altres treuen els obstacles sigilosament. Després, se li van donant indicacions per ajudar i direccionar al company amb els ulls envenats, però que són imaginaris.

The game starts making an obstacle course on the floor for everyone to see it. The participants form groups of four. One of the components of the group puts a headband covering the eyes so he can’t see anything. While one of them causes him to turn around to disarm him, while the others remove the obstacles on the sly. Then, they give directions to help and direct the companion with his eyes covered, but the obstacles now are imaginary.

LA RAMONA

Aquesta dinàmica no deixa de ser un joc de memòria, de saber què han dit els teus companys.

Tothom es col·loca en cercle, assentat, i tots han de fer el mateix ritme: “pica mà dreta a la cuixa + pica mà esquerra a la cuixa + picar de mans”, i mentre es fa aquest ritme, una persona comença dient: “Ramona diu”, el següent ha de dir: “noms de”, i l’altre segueix dient un tema, per exemple “capitals”, de manera que les persones que segueixen han de dir noms de capitals, seguint el ritme, si algun company s’equivoca o repeteix el que algú ja ha dit, té una penyora i seguidament es torna a començar el joc dient un altre tema.

Edat: 12-30.

Nº de gent: 10 persones mínim.

This dinamic is a game about memory, keep what your partner has said before. People place sit down in a circle, and all of them has to do the following steps: “clap right hand at the thigh” + “clap left hand at the other thigh” + “clap hands”, while this is being done, some random person starts saying: “Ramona says”, the next one has to say: “names of”, and another one has to come out with a theme (like capitals). The thing about this game is that following clockwise people has to say names of capitals, following the rhythm, and if someone makes a mistake o repeats something said before, has to do something that the group decide. After that the game starts again with a different theme.

Age: 12-30.

ABRAÇADES

La dinàmica consisteix en fer diferents estils d’abraçades amb diferents reaccions.

El grup es divideix en parts iguals en A i B. Els dos grups caminen per la sala barrejats entre ells i quan el professor  diu “ja”, un A i un B, s’han d’abraçar. A partir d’aquí el professor ha de muntar una “història” com per exemple: “A ha de intentar escapar de B, però B no pot deixar escapar a A”.

D'aquesta manera les parelles han de representar el que s’ha dit, i quan es vol canviar d’abraçada, simplement s’ha de dir que tothom es posi a caminar per la sala com al principi i seguidament torna a dir “ja” per ajuntar A i B i tornar a posar un exemple.

Edat: qualsevol.

Nº de gent: 10 persones mínim.

This dinamic is about doing different styles of hugs with different reactions. The group splits in equal parts (A and B). The participants start walking around the room with any order and when the teacher says “go”, one person from A and another one from B have to hug each other. From now on, the teacher has to make out a story. For example: “A has to run away from B, but B can’t let go A”.

When the teacher decides to change the game, the participants have to start to walk again like nothing. It’s funnier if the game is fast, and there are lots of different examples.

Age: all ages.

ETAPES

Ens hem dedicat a buscar una dinàmica per cada etapa de la vida, ja que en cada una d’elles hi ha diferents dinàmiques per fer paral·lelament amb el comportament general de les persones.

We have search a dynamic for every life stage. The reason why we do it this way is because the most intelligent is to decide wich dynamic choose depending on the age. 

INFÀNCIA: “osset de peluix” Es col·loquen els nens en rotllana i se’ls hi presenta l’osset. Aquest ha de tenir alguna emoció negativa, de manera que els nens han de col·laborar en la creació de la història i després presentar alguna solució al problema.

All the kids in the floor making a circle and you present a teddy bear. This one has to have some kind of negative emotion, in a way that the kids have to collab in the creation of a history and then present some type of solution to the problem.

ADOLESCÈNCIA: “exercici d’escolta” El grup es divideix per la sala de manera individual,i tothom en silenci. Un cop aconseguit això, una persona comença a caminar i para quan ell decideixi. Seguidament ha de sortir 2 persones caminant i fan el mateix procés, i així fins arribar a caminar tota la sala. En el cas que quan ha de sortir x numero de persones, en surten més, es torna a començar des del numero 1

The group splits for the room and everyvody in silence. Once you achive it, one person starts walking and stops whenever he wants. Right after that, two persons have to start walking and do the same as the first one, and like this successivily. But in case that someone mistakes and don’t do the serie alright, they have to start again with one person.

EDAT ADULTA: “improvisacions” Cada persona del grup apunta a un paper un títol, com per exemple: “la mort del president”, seguidament posen un estil, es a dir: “a l’estil de Tarantino”, després es posen tots els papers en un bol, i l’àrbit, aleatoriament agafa un d’aquest, i en veu alta diu les dues coses que s’ha apuntat. els concursants tenen 30 segons per preperar-se la improvisació. guanyarà qui el públic o àrbit decideixin quins dels dos grups és el guanyador.

(edat: 20/50 - mínim 10 persones - material: xiulet , per l’arbit)

Every person of the group writes at a piece of paper a title like: “The president is dead”, and then a style like: “at Tarantino’s way”. After this the group put the papers on a bag, and a person who doesn’t play takes two papers and read it loud. Then they have to improve in 30 seconds something with the consign. The winner is the one that the extern person choose. 

VELLESA: “veo veo” Una de les persones escull un objecte i diu el color que el predomina. Els altres han de dir quin objecte creuen que és. La persona que ha triat l’objecte, pot donar pistes

JOC DE MATAR

DESENVOLUPAMENT 

El objectiu es treballar la comunicació. Es comença posant en una bossa els noms dels components del grup. Cadascú agafara un paper amb un nom i mirara que no s’hagi tocat a si mateix. L’objectiu és matar a la persona que ens ha tocat. Com el matem ? Podràs matar a qui t’ha tocat dient-li que està mort, però nomès en una situació o lloc on estigueu sols, es a dir, ningú pot ser testimoni del crim. Quan l’hagis matat t’haura de donar el paper/s que ell tingui i tu hauràs de matar a les persones que ell ho havia de fer. L’ultim que quedi viu guanya.

The goal is working communication. The game starts putting in a bag the names of the components of the group. Each one will take one paper and prove that they are not themselfs. 

The thing is “kill” the person that we have. How we have to do to kill? You can’t do it only by saying that he is dead, but only in a situation where you are alone the two of you, nobody can see the crime. Once you kill your victim, he has to give you the piece of papers that he has, and you will have to kill the people that he had. The last one alive wins. 

VARIACIONS

 Matar fent un petò també sense que ningú et vegi

Poder matar davant de tothom, pero nomès pots matar amb un objecte determinat. 

You have two different options to kill your oponent: 

Kill making a kiss, but anyone can see you. 

We can kill in front of every, but only if you do it with an object. 

OPINIÓ PERSONAL

Aquesta dinàmica es una de les meves preferides, jo hi havia jugat però amb les dos variants que he dit. T’obliga a mantenir converses amb gent que potser no t'hi fas tant ja que has d’aconseguir estar a soles (en el cas de la feta a classe). I a la dels petons té un punt extra ja que passes la barrera del no tocar-se i normalitzes tot el tema dels petons.

This dynamic is one of my favourites, i played but with some variations. It obligates you to keep conversations with people that maybe in another context you will never talk. And if you go for the variation with the kiss you traspass another varrier, and you normalize something as the contact.

TERANYINA DE NOMS

DESENVOLUPAMENT

L’objectiu és coneixe’ns.

Es posa tothom en rotllana, i una persona comença amb la punta del fil (agafant-lo). Seguidament, diu el nom d’un company i li pasa l’altre extrem del fil sese deixar anar la seva part, el seguent fara el mateix i la gent s’anirà afegint al fil per ordre. Al final tothom estarà conectat formant una teranyina.

The goal is to know eatch other.

all the people will be situated like a circle, and one of them start with a tipof a rope.

To start, say the name of one of the presents and give him the rope but having himeselves it too, after the other person says other name and pass the rope.

That finally when everybody are conected thanks to the rope.

VARIACIONS

Quan a tu et diguessin i t’enganxesis a la teranyina abans de dir tu al seguent que s’enganxarà, haver de dir el nom de tots els que ja estiguin enganxats.

Other posibilitie is when the rope comes to you, before you say other name to give them the rope, you needs to say the names before you. if you dont remember theses you cant continue.

OPINIÓ PERSONAL

Crec que aquest està molt millor aconseguit que el de la pilota ja que en aquest cas no es poden repetir els noms i tothom acaba participant.

We thinks that its better than the ball’s dinamics, because in this one you cant repeat the same names always and everyones can participe.

PILOTA DE NOMS

DESENVOLUPAMENT

L’objectiu es coneixe’ns. 

Tothom es posa en rotllana i hi ha una pilota. Un dels components del grup l’agafa, aquest ha de dir el nom d’un company i pasar la pilota, aquest quan la rep ha de fer el mateix, i aixi successivament.

The first step it’s to make a circle and we need a ball. One of the persons of the group has to take it and say the name of one of the persons of the group. Essentially, it’s an activity for a group that it’s the first time that they see each other.  

VARIACIONS

Una possible variació seria que quan una persona ja ha rebut la pilota i la pases, no la pugues tornar a rebre. Per saber qui l’ha rebut o no, es podria fer que tots els components del grup estiguessin de peu i a mesura que pasen la pilota es van seient a terra fins estar tots aseguts, un cop tots al terra repetir el procès però aquest cop aixecant-se.

One possible variation it’s that when a person already had have the ball, can not have it again. One way to know who has had the ball is that the person sits down when this happens, till the game ends. 

OPINIÓN PERSONAL

Aquesta dinàmica està bé, però sempre hi han noms que se’t queden més que d’altres i al final s’acaba pasant la pilota la mateixa gent, per això he exposat aquelles variants, per evitar una mica això.

This dynamic is alright, because when you arrive to a group you tend to remenber the name of part of it, so this can help to know all the names of your classmates.

MUTS

DESENVOLUPAMENT

El objectiu es treballar la  comunicació no verbal.

Es divideix el grup en subgrups de 5-6 persones.

Un del grup va amb el dinamitzador, que aquest li explicarà que ha d’aconseguir sense parlar que tots els del grup es fagin una foto cadascú fent veure que practica un esport diferent.

Seguidament aquest torna amb el seu grup i ho ha d’aconseguir. (El grup no te ni idea de que va la cosa).

Un cop el grup ha aconseguit arribar a l’objectiu un altre del grup va amb el dinamitzador el cual li encomanara un altre objectiu (fer ballar al grup, imitar un m`tode de transport, etc).

The objective is working the non verbal communication. 

It’s essencial to part the grup in subgroups of 5/6 persons. 

One of the group goes with the attendant, and he will explain how he can achieve without talking that every person of the subgroup takes a photo theatricalizing that they are doing some sport. 

If the group achieves the objective, they will pass the first round and the attendant will order another type of photography. 

 VARIACIONS

Per que els seguents ho tinguèssin més xungo ja que ja saben de que va, haguessin de ser muts i cecs. I adaptar els objectius a això fent-los una mica més senzills. 

One possible variation, to make the things a little bit tricky is that all the subgroup are dumb and blind. 

OPINIÓ PERSONAL

Jo crec que amb el primer component del grup la dinàmica és super guai ja que els demès del grup no saben de que va i es converteix com un enigma, desprès en el cas del meu grup ja vem pillar molt ràpid els següents objectius i sens va fer molt senzill.

I think that the first time that you play it’s a really funny game, but once you already been doing it one or two times it becomes an extremely easy game, however, maybe it depends of the mates that you have.

PRESENTACIÓ A L’ESQUERRA

DESENVOLUPAMENT 

L’objectiu és conèixe’ns.

Tothom es canvia de lloc, seguidament es tria un ordre (cap a l’esquerra) i es fan parelles. (Hi pot haver un trio en cas de ser imparells). 

Amb la persona que t’ha tocat us presenteu, cadascú pot donar la informació que vulgui. (Nom, any, d’on ets, esports, que hi fas allà?...). Acabat el temps comença la ronda de presentació. Cadascú explicarà qui és la seva parella.

The objective is get to know each other.

Everyone change the place that they are in, after the “teacher” of the group decide the order (right or left), following these order will make groups of two.

With your group you will explain who you are (your name, age, where are you from, which sports do you practice, why you are there..) when the time finish, the round of presentations starts; this consist to present the other person of your group, and he or she has to explain who are you.

VARIANTS

En comptes de fer-ho canviant-se de lloc fer-ho per sorteig i que cadascú portes el seu nom enganxat a l’esquena i tu l’haguèssis de buscar a travès del paper. Per fer això s’hauria de dividir el grup en dos, i uns posarien el seu nom en un paper i els de l’altre grup agafarien un dels noms dels altres.      

You can change the method to do the groups. For example, you can do a group draw, but everyone will have their name in the back. If you want to do that you need to do two big groups, one of these will have their name in a paper, and after the other group will take it, and the groups will be do.

 OPINIÓ PERSONAL

Des del meu punt de vista va ser una dinàmica super positiva, en part perque comences a mantenir una conversa amb algú que potser no ho haguessis fet.

També perque presentarte dabant tot el grup fa més vergonya que presentarte a una sola persona.

Apart, quan l’altre et presenta pots veure que li ha cridat l’atenció de tu de tot el que li has explicat, coses que tu trobaves super importants potser ni les esmenta i al reves, i et canvia els esquemes.

 In my opinion it was really positive for us, because you can start conversation with someone who its possible you cant think.

And will do the presentation of other person who isnt you is more easy, and before that its more easy too will do your presentation to one person than all the people of the clas who you didnt know.
