Snapback challenge is in full affect!! (Its not to late to join👯) For me my snapback goals are to back to the feeling I had 2 months ago making time for me and getting back on my fitness routine...we all have set back and its how we choose to face those set backs that make us stronger or weaker I am declaring right now that i refuse to go back to the depressed me I once was its not happening !!! My team all have diffrent thoughts when it comes to "snapping back" weather its a postpartum journey, getting ready for a big event a new fitness, weight gain, muscle gainor weight loss goal everyone is diffrent... Little by little ive started to feel so much more coffident I am down 48lbs since starting my herbalife journey ☺ Not only have a become more outgoing and dedicated to my health but ive gained so much more a consent support system that always keeps me going!
