New plan for my birthday that should help me get down to 150-155 lbs by October 11th 💗💗💗

— 24 hour fasts every other day

— 1200 calories (or less) consumed when I do eat

— Walk every morning at 5 am (approx. 6k steps)

— Glute workout twice a week

— Consume mostly greens, protein, smoothies, water, coffee, less dairy, no junk foods, no fast foods.

tumblr and edblr have been around for yearssss but ive seen a lot of new YOUNG people coming on here from tiktok not really knowing the dangers of a certain type of creep on this app. @n@ c0aches. im not here to shame any of these people (i joined tumblr at a young age too) but i do want to make sure everyone is at least going to be aware and most importantly SAFE while on their wl journey.

DO NOT trust anybody who is offering you a “coach” to lose weight. these “coaches” have been around for years and while there might be some real ones out there, almost every single one is an adult man posing as a girl with an 3d so they can ask you for pictures of your n@ked body as “b0dych3cks”. these c0aches know how vulnerable young girls with 3ds are and WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!!!!! i understand how hard and lonely it is struggling with something as terrible as this, but i promise you getting told “good job” by a creepy old man for not e@ting is not going to make you feel better.

if you really feel the need to have a “coach” there is so many better ways you can find someone TRUSTWORTHY to keep you on track. tumblr has so many communities you can join with rules that people actually respect for people like us that struggle with 3ds. i myself am in a couple communities and have made some really good mutuals and wl buddies that i know i trust! if anybody has any questions id be happy to answer and if you are feeling alone and need a link to a community dm me i know a couple 🩷
