ugh. i’ve been binging for the whole 2018. like 22 days. i am literally seeing myself being fatter and fatter. it needs to end. i want to get back to being cold. i want to feel that cold water in my stomach. i want to hear those compliments!!! i need to lose those 5kgs i’ve gained. i’m starting tomorrow. i hope this time it will work out. wish me luck.
