alongside the recent realization that most of the voices in my head were ones i made up mainly to cope with things - its also making me come to the realization that Eddy, my headmate who just showed up and i did nothing to create, might be the reason my amnesia has gotten so bad recently. im a really fogbrained guy and i forget things easy, but i think when eddy is fronting its a lot harder for me to remember things. huh

so there is currently only two of us in the headspace rn - Me, Wilbur, and Eddy. Eddy showed up a month or two back and i dont know where he came from. he is super nice but its weird, simply because he writes so much dryer than i do 😭😭🙏🙏which isnt an issue, but its still a slight bit odd to begin fronting again and see that eddy was texting with his dry ass letters again lmfao

this is a fully genuine question about age regression, if anything is offensive please just let me know so i can avoid it in the future, don't get mad.

I see a lot of people say that when they are little their minds feel 'fuzzy'. Does this happen to everyone? My therapist told me that she thinks i developed age regression as a coping mechanism, and i am aware that there are times (usually for 15-40 minutes on average, i think its gone for longer tho) where i act/think in a more 'childish' manner, but aside from just acting like that (its not really a thing i can turn on or off when it happens) i don't have a 'fuzzy' head. My brain just seems to process and react to things in a way more alike that of my younger self. This usually happens after i have a meltdown or have been overstimulated, which also sometimes leads to dissociative episodes (i just kind of go into my head and dont physically move for a long while) but i've started wondering about if it is actually age regressing. i wouldnt be upset if it is or anything - it helps me be happier after i am angry or sad and it doesnt affect my life, im just curious.

Sorry if this seems weird or ramble-y, i have a poor time putting thoughts into words.

Now that its getting warmer I feel like- I'm getting really shifty again? I had accepted that I lost touch with my theriotypes back in like december-ish, but now I'm SUPER shifty and want to wear my masks, do quads, etc again.. I guess my wolfdog and seagull in me were hibernating XD

My sister HATES everything Sonic related 😭😭 we always want to cry when she calls him or really anyone else from the series stupid or worse things. To be fair some of them suck and we can all get behind hating on eggman (to a point), but some of the characters don't deserve any of it
