"High-speed train" to Japan

A "trip" to Japan and an interesting subway experience has been recreated at the LengKeng Coffee project - with an area of 80m2 located at the shophouse Vinhomes Grand Park in District 9. This is a pretty check-in place. Great for young people who love Japan and are passionate about enjoying the new and lovely coffee shop space.

Coming to LengKeng Coffee, you will experience the journey to visit a miniature Japan. Starting the trip, you set foot down the street from a subway car, then a moonlit park next to rows of houses with bold Japanese culture. A special feature here is a moon with warm light lying quietly on the stone background, very meditative.

LengKeng Coffee is shaped in Japanese style with unmistakable features such as tatami mats, subway cars, Japanese roofs, sand and stones,... combined with a Japanese-style park garden right next to Vinhomes Grand Park , what a perfect match, hard to find anywhere other than LengKeng Coffee.

The entire space of the moonlit park along with the Japanese roof is invested and recreated based on a neighborhood with Japanese-style shops and houses. Featuring the signature Shoji door, Tatami mats make customers excited when coming to the shop. Although it has a small area, every corner of LengKeng Coffee also brings something new and beautiful for customers to enjoy and "check-in" virtual living.

When implementing the project, CONN Design faced a modern architectural structure, so to fulfill the request from the investor - Ancient Japanese style, we came up with a solution that perfectly combines the ancient Japanese style. and modern Japanese style, to balance and utilize space in the most reasonable way.

When implementing ideas, beautiful items often cost a lot of money, but CONN Design has adjusted to achieve perfection for the project, moreover, it also optimizes costs for investors with resources. certain main.

The construction team of CONN Design had to go through many hurdles in terms of researching wagon materials, detailed interior details to each specific handle to be able to complete the unique feature of the project.

Dự án Zenta House Coffee là một dự án thú vị và đặc biệt ghi dấu ấn với CONN Design, để hoàn thành dự án chúng tôi đã phải nghiên cứu kỹ về vị trí địa lý, hướng gió – nắng, phác họa hình khối kiến trúc mang bản sắc bản địa, sử dụng vật liệu nội ngoại thất thích nghi tốt với khí hậu vùng và nghiên cứu kết hợp 5 phong cách nội thất khác nhau trong một dự án sao cho thể hiện rõ nét từng phong cách ở mỗi khu và hài hòa về tổng thể.

Công trình Zenta House thuộc loại mô hình kinh doanh dịch vụ nên cần hướng tới không gian mở, mang tính chất phục vụ khách hàng, cộng đồng nên trong khu đất 300m2 này chúng tôi đã sử dụng hơn 200m2 kính cho mặt đứng của công trình và thiết kế giao thông di chuyển thuận tiện cho khách hàng và nhân sự trong quán cũng được đội ngũ CONN đặt lên ưu tiên hàng đầu với lối đi đặt ở trung tâm thông thoáng, rộng rãi và dễ dàng bao quát hết tất cả không gian, dịch vụ – sản phẩm mà Zenta House cung cấp, không tạo thành “điểm chết” cho không gian, mọi vị trí đều được tận dụng và có người thường xuyên lui tới.

BÀI TOÁN KHÁCH HÀNG

Tạo nên một không gian mang hơi hướng khu phố ẩm thực – cà phê có phong cách khác biệt từ ngoại đến nội thất nhưng tổng thể lại hài hòa với nhau tạo thành một con phố nhỏ đa dạng màu sắc và nhộn nhịp.Hơn nữa, thách thức càng tăng cao khi dự án là một công trình mang bản sắc bản địa về hình khối và kết hợp hài hòa 5 phong cách khác nhau trong một không gian gồm: Nhật, Hàn, Vintage, Hiện đại kết hợp Retro.

YÊU CẦU CHI TIẾT TỪ CHỦ ĐẦU TƯ

Bán view để thỏa mãn mong muốn trải nghiệm thưởng thức giải trí theo cách mới của giới trẻ.Nâng cao vị thế của khách hàng khi check-in, tạo sự khác lạ “về mô hình” để đi con đường riêng của mình.Dùng kiến trúc để thu hút, nội ngoại thất để tạo cảm giác vỡ òa và cuối cùng chất lượng đồ uống – dịch vụ khẳng định Zenta House không bán gia trị ảo.

ĐÁNH GIÁ MẶT BẰNG – VỊ TRÍ CÔNG TRÌNH

Ưu điểm: Khí hậu thành phố Bảo Lộc mát mẻ ôn hoà quanh năm, nằm giữa chặng đường từ TP. HCM lên Đà Lạt nên đi lại thuận tiện. Công trình nằm trên một mặt tiền đường lớn. Gần khu dân sinh, quảng trường. Thuận tiện tiếp cận dân trong khu vực có thu nhập trung bình khá.

Khuyết điểm: Khu đất với diện tích 300m2 nhưng cần kết hợp 5 khu nhà trên một mảnh đất vì vậy có những khu vực diện tích nhỏ.

5 PHONG CÁCH KHÁC NHAU TRONG MỘT KHÔNG GIAN

Khối kiến trúc với ngôn ngữ là nhịp điệu tăng tiến lên cao rồi xuống thấp như những ngọn núi xếp chồng lên nhau, tạo cảm giác gắn kết trong hình khối nhưng khác biệt trong từng cá thể khối nhà.
