#i vividly remember asking my parents if mash had a laugh track like a year after i started watching it with them#the friends laughtrack was so loud and obnoxious but i never even noticed the mash track#which meant it was WORKING#no yeah i love this take hard agree#mash is genuinely a funny show and taking that aspect away defangs a good chunk of what the story is trying to tell you

#like yall have completely lost your minds#saph was right in that there is no polite way for 10+ people to approach you with their issues#sometimes yall need to accept when you're forcing yourself into a community that you're just not vibing with#the fact that yall view “immediately kicking and banning someone” as the harshest response is insane#like no I'm sorry actually when this person has a proven history of anger issues we are simply putting ourselves at risk#by attempting to just “talk” to him#and like i have anger issues but i would never take it out on a bunch of acquaintances i don't know#i get that we as a society should be generally nicer to people but holy fuck#yall need to take some responsibility for yourself in social situations#it's actually not the responsibility of every stranger on the planet to tell you if they're uncomfortable by you#technically its their responsibility to distance themselves from the discomfort and just let the person do their thing#like everything about that post is wrong
