The Outsider* feeling just never goes away and there's something particularly amusing about it at times.

Sometimes it's like... yeah, I get it. Don't have the most standard development, there's going to be a lot of little and small things that just don't tend to fit in (except with other outsiders). Some times those things are, for some reason, really loud despite being incredibly small ("omg you cook with soy????" yes? girl we are a big soy producer?) and it's funny in its own way.

Sometimes though, you're with others who also don't fit in, but they have their own thing going, and you don't fit in there either. This will happen group after group after group.

It comes with a few questions: what community do I belong to? do I belong at all? is it just the state of affairs or is there something wrong with me?

*Not as in "outsider art" but simply "not from the group"

my breaking bad headcanon is that one time pre-series hank was like. Haha i don't know about this 'global warming' thing, seems pretty damn cold out to me! and walt through gritted teeth was like. Well actually hank if you look at the science involved you'd see that scientists agree that temperatures have been rising steadily over the past century to an unprecedented degree that is clearly the result of human interference. and hank was like. Well if you say so haha what do i know we got mr. chemistry over here! and walt was like. It's not me who's saying it hank the science speaks for itself which you would know if you read the reports involved. and marie was like. 'dating rules' are so fucking stupid btw. "don't talk too much about your hyperfixation on a first date, it'll scare them off!!" it'll only scare them off if they're a coward. Someone worthy of my affections will listen to me talk about my goal of visiting every whale exhibit with a life-sized effigy of a whale in it in the world for a solid half-hour and come away from that experience desiring me carnally.
