Vent post 👎 self harm warning
Second self harm warning . Like be so careful right now I’m for real
Relapsed for the first time in a long time. You know for a while I was considering getting my forearms tattooed to hide the scars but apparently I’m not done using them for self harm 😁 what the hell was I thinking. Now I have to wear long sleeves and it’s hot as shit. And I’m 20 that’s too old for this self harm shit 😭 now I gotta pick something socially acceptable like drugs or alcoholism.
I just feel dumb. I don’t even wanna count this as a relapse because it’s stupid. It’s not even that bad tbh people do way worse. This is like 1 little injury barely anything. Anyway I’ve been thinking about not taking my antidepressants because I think I deserve to feel bad. I don’t think I’m gonna go through w that though. Not unless I like really deserve it
