Five fun facts about the newest Sans Au, Smiler!Sans!

1. The stuff on his sleeve is actually some sort of bacterial disease. Back in older times, it would make creatures bear their teeth at other animals, showing them that they were a threat. Eventually, this became known as smiling.

2. This bacteria can push the body far past its regular strength. It can keep people awake for weeks without the need of coffee or sleep, meaning they can spend a while on the hunt for victims.

3. The bacteria can change its hosts' perception of the world. To the infected, the world seems a bit happier than it actually is. It can also make people who aren't happy look more aggressive and dangerous than they actually are.

4. On the surface this is a commonly used drug to make people smile and forget about bad things that have happened in the past, by making it weaker and putting small doses in their bodies.

5. The bone in sans' head was actually put in by himself. His smile was so big that his bones started to break a bit. Worried by this, he tried to put something in to stabilise the wound. However, this gave sans the unique ability to unhinge his jaw to attack, making him faster and more dangerous.

Fortunately, you won't have to face that in genocide.

Hey, another undertale au.

Say hello to the one and only smiler sans!

This wouldnt of been inspired without the recent creation of Anxiety sans, and without my friends support.

No, he isnt from the backrooms, No i dont have any drawing software *yet* and No, he isnt as overpowered as those other sans's

Its kinda a mix between the game "We happy few" and undertale.

I WILL be making an "Ask Smiley" series soon, and stay here for Papyrus and his design, as well as some lore implications!
