I fear I have fallen in love and then a week ago been thrown off a building. I thought he loved me- I wanted everything perfect and he talked about dates and we went on them. Hung out almost everyday after work. Texted every day. He seemed perfect: funny, smart, had two jobs, genuinely seemed to care!

The we go see the Superman movie and I did t kiss him spontaneously like I wanted to. So I text him, wanting confirmation that I could. Instead I get bullshit. You’re so pretty but I don’t think I have the mental space for a relationship right now.

Coming from the man who spend so much time in the talking stage with me? Coming from the man who’s been basically courting me for weeks. Bullshit. I just… it’s been a week since then and I’m afraid it’s still haunting me. I don’t hate him. I hate that I can’t hate him. Instead it’s just longing in my gut. I refuse to beg for his attention back by texting him but every time I see him on social meetings it likes a punch to the gut. I miss him.

I feel like I’m losing part of myself. I’ve never been broken up with and this hits like a slap to the face. It makes me die a little inside when I get sad over him. But I can’t help it.

there truly is no show like mash. the main character lineup in season 1 is a groucho marx fanboy who reads nudist magazines and can't stop making puns, his roommate the cheating husband but it's okay because he's blond, their other roommate who probably has the constitution and the army rules and regulations memorised and doesn't understand a word of them, the woman he's cheating on his wife with who he's convinced himself doesn't count somehow because she's married to the army, their commanding officer who keeps fishing lures on his hat and hooks his finger every time he salutes, the possibly psychic teenager who listens in on the co's calls when he's not busy racing bugs, a guy trying so hard to get out of the army on grounds of mental instability he's eating a jeep and cross dressing, and the boxer army chaplain who somehow gets along better with the first guy than anyone else here because at least he can appreciate a joke.
