imo the nature of tumblr is that everyone is constantly thinking to themselves "yeah maybe what i post is a little cringey but at least i'm not posting [blank]" and everyone is thinking this in a big web of "at least i'm not THAT guy" like that xkcd gag of everyone on the train thinking everyone else is a sheep or the "their barbaric invaders vs our righteous whatever" cartoon and there's no endpoint of who's truly uncringe. i can't even be like "stop putting the anime horse betting on my dash" bc someone would inevitably say "ok marvel fujoshi" and kill me instantly

huge fan of the depth of a good purple but another area that draws me is definitely around aquamarine/turquoise/seafoam. you can not go wrong once the green starts getting just a tinge more blue. a gal could certainly do worse than to pull over there and stay a while

okay sparring is slowly becoming fun as long as i get to spar against the red belts and not the black belts

average mentality of a red belt (mostly under the age of 15) is "i wanna score some hits!!!!!" which gives me a chance to block and counter

average mentality of a black belt (mostly over the age of 18) is "let's see what the junior can do" and then they just STARE AT ME until i psych myself out bc i know that nothing in my piddly little toolbox will work against them
