Tips to help you ✨✨
🌺 Don’t eat in your room, always eat in front of people so you’re more conscious of what you eat. This will make you eat less. You don’t want anyone thinking you’re a 🐷 because you eat so much, do you?
🌴 If you want food, burn the cals of the food off first. Once you’re done, you might not want the food anymore. If you do, at least your net will be 0.
🐬 Think of food as poison. If you’re not scared to eat, you’re doing it wrong.
🍍 Try only eating one thing. Make sure it’s not something that you crave because then you will just give in, but it’s typical for you to give in, isn’t it? For example, only eat apples. When you feel hungry, ask yourself, ���Am I hungry enough to eat this apple?” If your answer is no, then close the fridge.
🌊 Always workout before eating. If you’re hungry but you’re not willing to workout first, then are you even that hungry?
🥥 Before eating, consume 3dtt, 3dtwt, and 3dblrr for motivation not to. You might feel so guilty afterwords that you’ll actually put the fork down and not stuff your face.
