Weekly Writing Update #155 (June 23rd, 2025)

Hullo all. This week's been pretty good. I've gotten a fair bit accomplished with writing, and a lot accomplished with crafts, and I'm hoping the week ahead gives me the same feeling, haha. It's pretty late, so I'm not going to say much more, but I'm pretty pleased with how things are going so far. Here's hoping to more ahead! I'm hoping I can finish Avenging before Dynamite Wednesday. Weekly Writing Update #154 (June 15th, 2025)

Had a pretty good week of writing. I'm getting close to catching up with AEW's weekly TV. I have about four stories left to write, and I'm mostly done with Date Night, so we're making good progress. Hopefully I'll get caught up with it before All In, haha. Then I can work on the holiday fics I'm horribly behind on, and all of the other stories after that. Too much to do, too little time, huh? But I am pleased with the progress I've made so far. Anyway, I have to go do some cleaning, so I'll be back next week with more updates. See ya.

I've also done pretty ok with my writing this week. And craft stuff is going well. Weekly Writing Update #148 (May 4th, 2025)

Well, I'm making decent progress in my writing again. I think I'm finally starting to shake off the creative slump I'd fallen into. Not fully there, but hey, I'll take what I can get. I hope to successfully catch up on a lot of the stories I'm behind on, because man, it's kind of painful by now, haha. The thing with wrestling is the lore never ends, and once you get a little behind, you blink and you're suddenly VERY behind. Haha. But I'm pleased with any progress I can make. I do hope to get a couple of fics, at the very least, finished in the week ahead. I'm close to finished with Lacking, at least. So we'll see. Catch y'all next weekend!

Current fic is taking its good sweet time (but it is currently at 6200 words, so at least it should be a decent length when I DO finish it) so to make up for it, have a teaser

"Do you think we'll bother them while we're down here?" Orange whispers as they sneak towards the kitchen.

"Nah," Hook murmurs. "Don't worry about it, Dad can sleep through anything, and mama-- well, she's slept through his snoring for decades by now, so--" He shrugs, lips twitching up.

"I heard that," Taz's voice comes out of the shadows abruptly, Hook almost leaping up onto the chandelier light overhead.

"Holy shit," Hook hisses as Taz laughs uproariously, flicking the kitchen light on.

Decided to start doing this weekly update a little differently, now instead of me just dumping all of the unfinished stories I have in a big ass list and probably annoying a lot of people, I'm only going to list the stories I've actively worked on the week prior, and new ideas I've had. Hopefully it will make things less cumbersome and easier for people to know what's going on. As always, new story ideas will be in bold print. Weekly Writing Update #145 (April 14th, 2025)

Well, I'd like to say this week was very successful with writing, and that's why this update took so long for me to get done, but it really wasn't, heh. I caught a cold from my family, and I haven't been in a great place emotionally, but what writing I could focus on pretty much all went towards Choices, which I'm happy to say is finally completed after being on my mind since October. I thankfully am doing better with my cold (emotionally still a little shaky) … either way, hopefully now I can focus more on other story ideas, and get caught back up in general fandom things.
