Remus Lupin calls Sirius Black baby!! It doesn’t matter that Sirius is 6’5” and 300lbs with a strongman build, covered in tattoos, heavily pierced, and insanely strong (in all ways possible), he is Remus’ baby. He sits on the ground between Remus’ legs and rests on his thighs while he works. He curls up against Remus’ side, arms around his waist, nuzzling into his neck when he feels too vulnerable. He routinely lays on Remus’ lap and silently begs for forehead kisses and praise. Remus refers to Sirius as “baby” in public and then this massive bear of a man walks over and wraps his arms around Remus and pulls him into his chest and people are terrified. But Remus is just like “yeah that’s my baby! Hi baby!” and Sirius kisses his head and calls him the most heart-wrenchingly touching and beautiful names ever… I love them to death omg

I love Sirius Black any way I can have him. I love him tall or short; muscled or dainty; fem or masc; trans, cis, nonbinary; brooding or wild; hairy like a yeti or slippery and hairless like a baby seal. He can be anything.

But I will never EVER! accept that he’s anything other than brilliant.

Sirius Black is clever and resourceful and brave as hell, and don’t you ever forget it.

This fic means so much to me. I can yap for hours about it but instead I’ll leave here some quotes that stuck with me:

I went to Berlin for a couple of weeks because of this fic and absolutely fell in love with the city😌 It’s so diverse, beautiful and open. Every district has its own identity and it feels like you are travelling between different places while staying in the city borders. Kreuzberg (aka Remus’ district😆) will occupy a special place in my heart forever! It is pure magic✨ Landwehrkanal near Admiralbrücke is my favourite place now! Also Berlin was the first place where I felt that being queer wasn’t a bad thing. It’s like you can be you and everyone is just fine with that. How lovely huh?😅 All in all I loved it there and hope to go back someday😌

I think James kissed Sirius first, almost as a joke, then grinned at him after, stifling a laugh, but Sirius was Looking At Him A Certain Way, and James kinda sobered up and said “Yeah?” and then Sirius was kissing him, properly, and no one was laughing after that. For at least a minute. Then they cracked up again and got naked.

Did I go to church for the first time in years for the sole reason of taking pretty pictures of my very sacrilegious bind of “Dear Your Holiness” by @mollymarymarie ? Well, we’ll never know.

While binding this fic I learned how to:

• make a typeset in Adobe InDesing

• print, fold and punch signatures

• sew and glue the signatures together

• operate orbital hand sander

• make one piece book case

I fell in love with the charm I used for the bookmark. Edgy cross with a little star? It’s crazy how fitting it is for this one 💫

I messed up the endpapers here because 1) the paper I used was to thin, and 2) I applied way too much glue so it turned out all wrinkled 🫠

Also, I accidentally dropped the book while taking pictures and one of the decorative corners fell off and torn the back of the cover a little bit, but I managed to fix it 😅

It is my very first fanfic bind and even though it’s not perfect I am very proud of it😌
