This project is located in Verona, near the Garda Lake in Northern Italy and it’s composed by four solid stone walls, between which seven micro apartments are organised facing green terraces to make the project a short stay residence apartments. "Given its location, the materials of the house are taken from the references of the site, as the Lessinia stone, also called Prum" said the architecture team in the description of the project. The house is loosely arranged as a shifted-shaped plan, creating three wings with different apartments. Each wing culminates between two stone walls defining the views. The central volume at the entrance of the principal volume is where the common spaces are located, relax areas as well as the kitchen and dining areas. The entrance opens onto a foyer where glazed partitions integrated in the gaps between the rooms look out onto the different outdoor spaces. The aim of the proposal is the creation of different outdoor areas linked to the rooms inside, according to their level of privacy. CEO office of the new headquarters located in Murcia. The project aim to give a new modern and professional image to the work spaces, meeting rooms, leisure area, conference rooms of the client’s company. The wide space is organized in a first area more casual where chairs and sofa is located, which is connected to the meeting room on the adjacent room. The concept of the new ecological and sustainable residential district in Xi'an, China, is inspired by traditional houses designed in contemporary style with the aim of integrating them with the environment. The Master Plan and the design of the common areas, all projected by Cosmos Architecture Studio, formally hang on that idea of ​​layers, which are abstracted to generate the rest of the elements of the town such as in the Chinese tradition, the social club, the restaurant and shopping area, and the villas. All these elements pass through the four main doors, these entrances establish access control points to the entire area and give way to a main road.   The horizontal streets work as articulating axes and cross longitudinally organizing the different areas of the town with streets open to electric cars. Transversally the axes are made up of green streets that create a text that connects parks and public areas where services by residents are concentrated.   The parks have different functions for young and old families, all elements integrating them into the landscape through the use of materials and textures present in native nature.   Regarding the distribution of the Villas, a traditional Chinese mound is preserved with the second purpose of organizing them with small changes to improve the general efficiency and thus provide them with views of the parks where possible or the green in both directions through large windows. The elements of green vegetation, at the same time that they act as an element of separation between the main streets and the most private Villas. Through architecture, a positive impact on the environment is created so that the intervention in the landscape enhances nature through textures, colors and aromas of a tectonic architecture that blends with the landscape. NEW PROJECT | The Light Cube Multifuncional space and Exhibition center located in China, the building is designed to be the gathering point of activities and cultural events of the district as well as one of the main element in the city. The piece is drawn in a compact way, with a square floor plan, typical in Chinese tradition, which makes it more efficient to use and maximizes the uses required. It is designed as a large open space, flexible, with the ability to expand and adapt to different needs. To provide interior lighting, the building has a large patio that generates visual connections between the floors. Project ideas process: maquette Hospital in Cluj All the parts that articulate the idea guarantee an integrated and harmonious final result, where all the buildings and their surroundings appear in balance and can be understood as a whole. The design encompasses both the functional requirements and the values of a hospital: flexibility, serenity, integration, functionality and identity. NEW PROJECT | Barrio Salamanca, Madrid. Spain 🇪🇸 Located in a beautiful residential area of ​​Madrid, the apartment is part of an elegant and well-designed 1920 complex. The project was centered on the needs and requirements of the customers, a beautiful family of 6 people (father, mother 4 children from 0 to 7 years). The intention was to open the space that visually connects the rooms, creating a game of whispering views, without completely revealing the interiors. The living room is completely surrounded by natural light that comes from the windows that overlook the park in front of the house.
