Problem accepting autism

I am having too many meltdowns, real, destructive, exhausting meltdowns; I have become very irritable without no known cause. This is definitely because of autism. I was angry at autism for doing this to me in the past. I still am angry now. Honestly, I am on the verge of another I am afraid.
