Padded regressors deserve the same kindness, respect, love, and acceptance as non-padded regressors!
If you don't like it when someone judges your regression, don't judge other people's regression.
All regressors are valid, regardless of whether they're padded or not!
Agere Community, Can We Have A Word?
I've been noticing an issue recently of padded age regressors being thrown under the bus. It's important to make the distinction between people who regress differently to you and creeps we don't want in agere spaces. They are not the same thing.
I suppose what I'm saying here is that accusing regressors who need nappies of being ABDLs or DDLGs is a really nasty thing to do and only perpetrating stereotypes surrounding adults who need nappies for medical reasons. Just because an adult needs them doesn't mean it's a bedroom thing.
Please be kind to ALL disabled regressors, even those whose disabilities are stigmatised or misunderstood 💚

How to regress (AGERE)?
🧸 1. Create a Safe Space
Find a private, quiet, and comfortable place.
Use soft lighting, cozy blankets, and items that feel safe.
If you have a caregiver (CG), let them know you're regressing. (If possible! some littles may be nonverbal <3)
🎨 2. Gather Comfort Items (Optional but Helpful)
Stuffies/plushies
Blankets or pacifiers
Sippy cups or bottles
Snacks (like applesauce, juice boxes, goldfish crackers)
Toys, coloring books, or sensory items
🎧 3. Choose Comforting Activities
Watch cartoons or kids’ movies
Color or play with toys
Listen to lullabies or soft music
Nap or cuddle with a stuffed animal
Use kids' apps or games
Talk in a childlike voice if it helps
🫧 4. Let Go of Adult Worries
Try to mentally "put away" responsibilities
Use affirmations like: "I am safe." "I don’t have to worry right now." "It’s okay to be small."
🛑 5. Set Limits
Set a timer if you have things to do later
Avoid regressing in unsafe or inappropriate environments
Practice self-care after regressing — drink water, reflect gently, and ease back into your usual mindset
Optional: Journaling or Memory Triggers
Some find it helpful to keep a regression journal or make a playlist of comforting songs, shows, or smells that help trigger the regressed mindset.
⚠️ Important Notes
Please keep an eye on yourself; keep safe when regressing.
Remind yourself: “It’s okay to need comfort.” There’s no shame in wanting to feel little or cared for.
You don’t have to “act like a child” — regression is about your internal experience, not outward behavior.
Everyone's regression looks different; there is no wrong or right way to regress.

Don’t say that you’re okay with age regression if you aren’t okay with
Whiney littles.
Padded littles.
Littles who have accidents.
Littles who throw tantrums.
Littles who misbehave.
Littles who get on their caregivers nerve and push their buttons.
Littles who are sensitive.
Littles who get unapologetically cranky and snappy at times.
Littles who need things to be just right.
Littles who are a bit of a brat (or a lot of a brat!)
Littles who have meltdowns of rage.
Littles who scream, cry, crash out and throw fits.
Littles who are boys.
Littles who are girls.
Littles who are trans.
Littles who are gnc (gender non-conforming.)
If you’re just not ready to handle ALL aspects of little space. The good, the bad, the cutesy, the ugly, etc.
I refuse to believe that you aren’t okay with Little Space unless you’re ready to handle the ENTIRE Little Space. It is a HUGE red flag for me.
