Hip Extension (like a bridge) needs Hip Rotation 👇 Read + Save🚦👇
💚= Easy
🧡= Intermediate
❤️= Hard
If you want your hips to extend well, you need them to rotate well (because your leg bone must be able to rotate within the hip socket to extend back properly) so if you struggle with bridges, add in some rotation work too!
1. Glute bridge reach 🧡
2. Half frog internal rotations 💚
3. & 4. Side Laying Hip Rotation 🧡
5. Bench supported hip internal rotation 💚
