This animatic is prolog my Undertale's AU, that is called HeroTale! There is showed the best, but the most tragic episode of Genocide Route - battle against a true hero, Undyne of Undying.
Also in animatic we can see events of Final Battle - the main battle in war of humans and monsters, after that humanity sealed monsters undeground.
